Perfect for my husband!
Very cute but took forever to ship
Took over a month to receive my order and it had the wrong print on it.
Super cute and fast shipping! My only wish is that the print were darker and a little bigger.
While I love the product, waiting 5 weeks for delivery was frustrating. I reached out to seller to ask the status, with no return response. It was finally delivered. I would warn buyers to buy in advance (like waaaay in advance) if needed. This is the 2nd one I've ordered, with the intent of buying more; however, this past experience has me contemplating if it's worth it. Advice to seller: use a different shipping service or disclose the long delay to potential buyers.
I have yet to receive my package. I have contacted three times asking for a refund. It said it was shipped May 12th but never received by my local post office. I would like a refund. Very disappointed. First time I’ve ever had an issue on a purchase from Jane.com.
Have not received pillow case ordered almost a month ago. Have emailed three times and no one responds. Would not waste your time.

This is awful. It's literally just written on with permanent marker. I am so disappointed. The lettering is uneven and very sloppy. I expected a nice printed lettering as is described in the picture. I am so disappointed. I wish I could add a pic.
Beautiful product. I thought it was going to be white from the photo, but it is more of a cream color.
I ordered this pillow cover with eight names. One name was missing. I have tried to contact them to get it fix or be refunded and no one will respond! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Very disappointed. I waited forever to get it and it came today and it's all messed up. My husband name is on the top in big letters and my name and our last name is small not what I ordered at all! Dont order from them!!
I sent a message about the spelling that I wanted to fix and they didn’t fix it. They printed the <line2> on the second line instead of leaving it off. Would NOT recommend ordering this.

I’m so upset right now. I ordered these last month as a Mother’s Day gift and when I received them the name on one was wrong ! I looked back at the order to make sure I hadn’t accidentally did it and I hadn’t. So I contacted them with screenshots of my order, and photos letting them know they misspelled one of the child’s name. No big deal I just wanted them to make it right! They gave me the runaround for a week, and I got Jane.com involved and that’s when they “sent” another one out. It’s been a whole month I still don’t have the pillowcase and I’ve asked for a refund multiple times. Well TODAY they have refunded me for one pillowcase. That’s funny because now I’m stuck with one pillowcase that has three kid’s name and no second pillowcase with the other three kid’s name so it’s all trash. I’m so upset and will never order from them! I will say I’m pleased with Jane.com had it not been for them I wouldn’t even be receiving a refund for the one pillowcase at all. This is poor customer service on the sellers end. They are very unprofessional.
