I still haven’t received the item

I still haven’t received this product! I ordered this a month ago with hopes it would be here by Mother’s Day! Sadly it isn’t here and it’s past Mother’s Day. In the tracking info it has been in Utah since May 6. I ordered this April 18...

Never shipped. No response from seller. Did not arrive. Order needs to be canceled.

My dog kept losing her ID tag, this is awesome! Fits well and she’s an active lab that’s worn this daily for the past couple months and it’s held up very well.

Never ever buy from this company. No responses back from the seller ever. Product was ordered April 21st. Advertised as a Mother’s Day gift idea and still hasn’t shipped. Contacted the company once last week and she created a shipping label to make it look like it was being shipped. Contacted them again last night and believe it or not another shipping label was created! I will be contacting Jane over this seller.

Love it! So so so cute. Type could be a bit more crisp but overall I am excited to give them as gifts!

Never received item. Ordered it April 22, 2020 (it said usually ships within 2 days). Once ordered, it said expected to ship April 29. Mother's Day came and went. No package. To this day - still says it has been picked up by shipping partner (on May 4) but that USPS is awaiting item. I've emailed seller - no help. They responded once but I've emailed since and gotten no reply. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! My finished product looked nothing like the picture. I’ve complained about it, asking for either a refund or a new product that looks like the picture, with no results! I was told I’d be contacted by the person responsible within 2 days, about my complaint, and now it’s been 4 days, and I haven’t heard from anyone yet! Very unhappy at this point!

I cant give it to my mom cause shenis in heaven but I did put it at her grave. It was perfect

These will be perfect gifts for grandmas and so cute that I had to get one for myself! I am impressed with the quality of the fabric and how easy it was to order. All of the names are perfect. No problems at all!
