The pillow would be cute if it had been correct. The listing on Jane, through Qualtry, advertised and allowed for up to 15 names. I ordered the pillow with 14 names. When I received it, there were only 13 names on the pillow. The 13th name was misspelled and the last (14th) name was left off completely. When I contacted the company directly, they stated that the pillow order only allowed up to 11 names (which is interesting since there were 13 on mine). I did send a picture of the order confirmation and product I received. I was very disappointed because I ordered it the middle of April so that I could give it as a Mothers Day gift. They were quick to kindly respond and gave a full refund, which I do appreciate, I just wish I had known it was not a possibility when I placed the order.

Cute and good quality. Guess I didn’t realize you had to put exactly the phrase you wanted. I entered my last name. I though The .... Family would be included but it just my last name that was printed.
Very well made, very roomy. The lettering turned out better than I could have hoped. Ended up ordering a second one as a gift.
I placed my order 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive it... seller tells me due to shipping the orders are behind. That would be acceptable if all the products I order via websites were late but they are not a month late. If the product had been made and ready to go in a timely manner - certainly they would have arrived within a four week period, shipping wouldn't be an issue...4 weeks I remind you and I still have yet to receive anything.

The product is great and really cute but make sure you order super far in advance because it takes forever for them to ship. I ordered something a couple weeks before mother's day and it's not going to be here on time. I'm super frustrated.

Had 7 names and instead of using right and left side of material they made the names small and put one right side. Looks off balanced. Also one name was misspelled. I thought the material would have been nicer. Looks like beige linen/ burlap Very dissatisfied
