I prefer no stars. Order supposedly shipped 2 weeks ago and still no package

my product is lost. Didn't ship by the ship date.

Horrible customer service! I ordered this in plenty of time to be here for Mother’s Day. It says shipped on 4/25/20, but USPS is still awaiting it. I emailed customer service and they said it will arrive. But the shipping status hasn’t changed every day! I explained this and asked for a full refund, and I got another message saying it’s been shipped. The status is the same as it was 4/25 and every day I’ve checked. I called customer service and had to leave a voicemail. DO NOT order from this company, they have no customer service and I’m pretty sure they simply ripped me off! I will be reporting them to the BBB if they don’t refund me my money in the next couple of days!

After 1 month, I still have not received my item. I contacted the seller without a reply. I have ordered from Jane many times and this seller is the only individual I have had problems with.

Precious pillow. Fast shipping. Exactly what I needed to add to my home decor. Will be ordering another for my back porch.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had this in my shopping cart and then removed it. Sorry I waited so long I love it! The color is beautiful and nicer quality than I expected for the price! I really love it❤️ I feel confident in ordering more as gifts.

I was really really pleased with my order. I purchased several of these all with different names and they each came out so cute and I was really happy! I was surprised how fast they came❤️❤️❤️

The pillow would be cute if it had been correct. The listing on Jane, through Qualtry, advertised and allowed for up to 15 names. I ordered the pillow with 14 names. When I received it, there were only 13 names on the pillow. The 13th name was misspelled and the last (14th) name was left off completely. When I contacted the company directly, they stated that the pillow order only allowed up to 11 names (which is interesting since there were 13 on mine). I did send a picture of the order confirmation and product I received. I was very disappointed because I ordered it the middle of April so that I could give it as a Mothers Day gift. They were quick to kindly respond and gave a full refund, which I do appreciate, I just wish I had known it was not a possibility when I placed the order.

Cute and good quality. Guess I didn’t realize you had to put exactly the phrase you wanted. I entered my last name. I though The .... Family would be included but it just my last name that was printed.

Very well made, very roomy. The lettering turned out better than I could have hoped. Ended up ordering a second one as a gift.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive it... seller tells me due to shipping the orders are behind. That would be acceptable if all the products I order via websites were late but they are not a month late. If the product had been made and ready to go in a timely manner - certainly they would have arrived within a four week period, shipping wouldn't be an issue...4 weeks I remind you and I still have yet to receive anything.

The product is great and really cute but make sure you order super far in advance because it takes forever for them to ship. I ordered something a couple weeks before mother's day and it's not going to be here on time. I'm super frustrated.
