I’m happy with my cases (I ordered three) except the one with 8 name. I knew the names would be small but didn’t think they’d get that small going from six in the photo to 8. They look weird being that small with that much space around them. The other two I got five names each and like them a lot more.

The process for the personalization. I put in the initials as it said to do and they used the middle initial in the spot for the last name. I emailed support but they were not willing to correct the problem.

These turned out so cute! I hope my mom and mother in law love them as much as I do! I am sad that I accidentally spelled my nephew's name wrong so can't give my sister in-law hers! Hopefully, I they will appear again so I can order again!

Update: After weeks of waiting for the replacement collar, the WRONG collar arrived today. I don’t recommend! Ordered two collars, one for a large dog and one for a small dog. The collar for the large dog won’t stay snapped shut when the dog has on a leash. Contacted seller and was a told a replacement was on the way, however that hasn’t happened.
