This shipped on 5/6 and delivered on 5/27. I’m not sure why it took 21 days to deliver via USPS from Utah to Tennessee, especially when I could have driven there and back in a covered wagon, but it did. Then when I opened it, there was a letter missing from the name. All in all, this was not worth it. You can literally order the same thing from Amazon and get it sooner and spelled correctly. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time with this clown.
My item has been in shipment for a full month and still hasn’t been delivered. Very slow delivery. I understand that couriers are behind due to the pandemic but this seems a bit extreme. Every other item I’ve ordered has been delivered within a reasonable time. Responded to my first email right away but haven't heard back from my follow up emails.
Been 30 days and it still has not shipped. No one to contact
Ordered this March 19 and got it May 27. If you’re not in a hurry it’s worth it for the price. I’ll chalk the wait up to Covid 19. Only “complaint” is that the name is off-center. Otherwise very cute
I can't get zipper to open up enough to fill pillow with stuffing,I don't want to force it,or the zipper will break!!
Horrible customer service. 20 days from the alleged ship date this item hasn’t left the state of Utah. Awful. Do not buy.
Ordered late April, it is now 5/27 and have not received product. Emailed the company on 5/22 and not only did they NOT apologize, they told me my product had been shipped on 5/4. When checking the tracking information they gave me, the electronic notification had only been received by the shipping company on 5/25. I did request a cancellation of my order in addition to a full refund in my initial correspondence 5/22. We will see if it arrives, I guess. I SINCERELY HOPE JANE WILL NOT BE PROMOTING THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
I never received the item. It was lost in shipping. I cannot answer any questions since I did not receive it. Company was good to email me once I emailed them.
Still have not received. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response.
I actually loved this product. However I was sent a postcard with no stands. So i emailed them and they were fast to respond and try to correct the issue. It went down hill after that and took 3 more emails to finally get a response about where my stands were. It took about a month to finally receive a package from them (understandable with covid19 going on) only to be completely saddened to find out they only sent ONE stand when you clearly need two stands for the postcard to be displayed correctly! I had high hopes but unfortunately I didn't get what i initially paid for.

Product was suppose to ship May 15 and still hasn’t shipped. Item still says processing. I ordered in April thinking I’d have it in time for Father’s Day.
I ordered the pillow case that said "home" but I didn't realize that the word "home" would actually be on there; I thought it was the type of text that would be used when personalizing my message so I ordered three different ones and each of them were disappointing because they each had the word "home" along with my message, unfortunately. If you order the "home" pillow the word will be on there along with your message.
I have yet to receive these and it has been over a month. I figured that due to the pandemic, the shipping could possibly be slow, so I was prepared. However, I ordered them on April 24th, showed it shipped on May 7th, but I still haven’t received the product itself. I was hoping to receive them by Mother’s Day since they are gifts to my sister-in-laws. I’ve reached out to the company and I’m hoping to hear back from them, because this item is so cute and I know my SIL’s would be completely in love with them!
