I ordered and PAID for the purse A MONTH AGO! I’ve emailed several times, one response with a link to shipping info. Zero updates on link. Shipping says it’s still waiting on the package. I have received all other orders(from different shops) that I ordered after the purse. Absolutely ridiculous! Never again!

This mat is cute, but the smell of the material is overwhelming. I can’t find any information on whether or not it can be washed. I’m hoping airing it out will help. I don’t want to put it by my dog’s food until the smell fades.
