Took forever to ship, did recieve the hammer but was disappointed with the craftsmanship. You can see the glue on the hammer and some of the letters are faded. One letter had glue all over it and you could not see the letter. Not at all what I was expecting.

The pillow is very cute and of good quality, but took a very long time to get. I ordered two of these pillow covers and have only received one so far. If you order these, make sure you have at least a month or 6 weeks left before you need the item in hand.

Cute item but slow shipping. Order in plenty of time if it's a gift.
I ordered 1 month ago. Item shipped 20 days ago. I still have not recieved my pillowcase. Received all other items ordered from Jane weeks ago.

Update: Received the pillow cover on 5/31, but I had to pay the mailman an additional shipping cost of $3?? Not happy about that since the listing said free shipping. Personalization was done fine though and quality is ok. I wish the zipper was hidden but it’s very visible. Original review: I haven’t received the pillow cover yet. I contacted the seller, and they did respond, but the listing is still showing as “processing”. It was supposed to have shipped by 5/13 (order was placed on 4/27). I get that shipping may be delayed due to the current situation, but I’ve received other items on Jane.com that arrived within a reasonable time. A pillow cover that is shipping within the U.S. shouldn’t take weeks. I’ll update my review if I ever receive the product.

Two days shy of three weeks from when package was supposedly shipped, and still no sign of it and completely unable to access any tracking information. Have also tried to reach out to the sellers multiple times with absolutely no response.

I ordered this over a month ago. It says it shipped three weeks ago but the tracking number states that it hasn't even reached USPS yet. Would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered on April 27th with the understanding it would take a little longer to ship because of the personalization. It shipped on May 8th and I still have not received it because the seller used a 3rd rate shipping company - Pitney Bowes. The seller's customer support just gives the same reply when I inquire about it, using COVID-19 as an excuse for the terrible shipping service. Strange that no other company I've bought from has had shipping issues. I will never buy from them again regardless of what I think of the bag - IF I EVER RECEIVE IT.
