Have not received item and it says it shipped over 2 weeks ago. No response from Seller after emails trying to find out where the item is. Would love to rate the product, but I can't get it!

I was excited to order this for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered on April 27, and the information stated it would be shipped by May 5. The shipping label was created on May 7, but the item was not delivered until today - May 28. Although the shipping timeline was ridiculously long and the seller wasn't very responsive, my mom loves her gift.
This item was supposed to be for a birthday present for my mother in law. It was ordered over a month in advance and was incredibly late. I understand there are lots of obstacles because of the corona virus so I could have accepted the fact that it was so late, but I was not contacted by the company at any point regarding the missed shipping date and only heard from them in response to my emailing checking on the item a week after it should have shipped. The response was very brief. They said it had been made but it didn’t ship after that for a long time. The item arrived today and looks nothing like the picture. The pillowcase is not the same color and the lettering is off center and honestly looks terrible. disappointed in the item but even more disappointed in the customer service and communication.

I purchased May 5 with a scheduled shipping date of May 18. Label wasn’t created until May 20. I emailed back and forth with Qualtry, they kept insisting they weren’t to blame for shipping delays. After waiting over a month and a half, I got Jane support involved. They finally had to force Qualtry to give me a refund. Fast forward to today. I got the bag after almost 3 months. I didn’t even get the right bag. It’s so thin and not canvas at all. I’m sure it’ll rip within days. So disappointed that this company is still operating on Jane after the ridiculous amount of complaints. Do NOT BUY!!

This shipped on 5/6 and delivered on 5/27. I’m not sure why it took 21 days to deliver via USPS from Utah to Tennessee, especially when I could have driven there and back in a covered wagon, but it did. Then when I opened it, there was a letter missing from the name. All in all, this was not worth it. You can literally order the same thing from Amazon and get it sooner and spelled correctly. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time with this clown.

My item has been in shipment for a full month and still hasn’t been delivered. Very slow delivery. I understand that couriers are behind due to the pandemic but this seems a bit extreme. Every other item I’ve ordered has been delivered within a reasonable time. Responded to my first email right away but haven't heard back from my follow up emails.

Ordered this March 19 and got it May 27. If you’re not in a hurry it’s worth it for the price. I’ll chalk the wait up to Covid 19. Only “complaint” is that the name is off-center. Otherwise very cute
