Second time ordering from this seller. First order went great. Second not so great took a month to receive the item from the date they said it was shipped. Customer service was no help and at times never responded to me. This was a Mothers Day gift and I didn’t receive it until over 2 weeks after. Will not order from this seller again
I wish I could review this item, but it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive it. I was planning on gifting it to some friends who had a quarantine wedding in May. I’ll be looking to order elsewhere next time.
The details clearly state two identical hot pads are included in the purchase. I received one. Seller has not sent the second hot pad.
This took over a month to come in and the quality of the bag was poor, very thin I wouldn't trust this to hold one hard cover book, must be a child in the photo.
Only received one hot pad rather than two as advertised. Contacted Jane (seller) and was told I would receive my other pad. It has been two weeks and I have received nothing.

JANE PLEASE HELP! Item not received - USPS says they did not receive it from third party shipper. Tracking shows it arrived at third party shipper almost 2 weeks ago. Very frustrating, not getting answers. Jane vendors, please take items to UPS for shipments your customers can count on.
I cannot speak to the quality of these items as I have yet to receive them. I ordered these items 3 weeks ago and still have not received then. I wanted to give the bags to my son’s teachers and was unable to do so. I got an email to review an item that I do not have.
cute. Very large bag which can store multiple things, not just the checkers. My grandson will be quite tempted to put many things into it.
Not sure I can really leave a review on something I have yet to receive. I emailed the seller yesterday for an update and have yet to receive a response from them. I guess at this point all I can say is that they are Not timely or responsive.
