Ordered in April and it is now May 31 and still have not gotten even a shipping notice. The item indicated it would ship by May 15 which is not the case. I have sent two emails asking for an update with no response.

Never came.

Seams need more reinforcement at zipper, Seam ripped when putting insert into it the first time.

Ordered two of these on 4/26 for Mother’s Day, originally said it would ship by 5/5. Contacted qualtry customer service after that date and they sent me a tracking number that said it was picked up by a shipping partner on 5/7 and usps was awaiting the item. I still haven’t received these and have contacted them at least 3 times.

Never received this items. Contacted the seller and never got a response.

Didn’t receive until days after Mother’s Day. Contacted seller and responded once and not until I had to involve Jane customer service. Ordered well in advance before Mother’s Day so there was ample time. The names on the product are so tiny you can’t make out what they say unless you hold right up to your eyes.

The names are too far to the right. You have to pick up and angle the pillow to read them. A bit disappointing just based on the print placement.

Ordered on April 22nd, says shipped on May 7th, USPS awaiting arrival of package still! Not sure it'll ever arrive.

My item was “shipped” on May 7th but has been in Grapevine, TX (just a couple of hours away from me) since the 21st with no update. It is now the 30th. I’m thinking the problem is with the carrier (online tracker specified “Pitney Bowes” who I had never heard of before this, but that information is gone now). I’m starting to lose faith. The payment, however, did come right out of my account on April 27th when I placed the order.

I purchased this for my Mom and she LOVED it! It is so pretty and very well made.

The product itself is cute but I was sent the wrong item from what I ordered. I was told the correct item would be shipped out to me and now 2 months later (going into month 3) and I still haven't received the correct product. Highly disappointed in that I paid for this item, received the wrong item, told the correct one would be shipped out, and NOTHING! Still waiting ☹
