It’s a nice, personalized gift for loved ones!

This mug is adorable! The personalization was on front and back of the mug which surprised me. My sister is going to love it! This makes such a great gift.

I ordered this a month ago and I still haven’t received it.

Never received the product. emailed and never received a response

Ordered May 10, still haven’t gotten item on June 3rd. Very frustrating

Excellent quality! I grabbed two and they've held up Great in the washing machine. The stitching is still beautiful

I only gave a 5 star because it was really properly done! But the time it took to get here was ridiculous.....3days pass mothers day and I ordered it two weeks before.

It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered and 4 weeks since it says it has shipped. I did have questions once it did ship and I emailed this company and they did respond right back to me. They used a third party to ship these items bc I’m sure they have been busy and probably under staffed. I’m just sad bc my shipment is still in Texas and it’s been there for almost two weeks. I hope they won’t use the third party to ship again and I hope to receive my order at some point

Took a long time to ship and once received they spelled my last name wrong. Still have not received my replacement. So frustrating

I have not received it despite numerous attempts to contact the seller. It’s been a month since shipping!
