I ordered 2. The first one only had 5 names on it and turned out great! The second one was for my mom for Mother’s Day with all her grandkids names on it, a total of 10 and the names were smaller than expected. 75% of the cover was blank and all the names were push to one end in small print. Mine was totally worth it but I guess with 10 names it makes a big difference in font size. Would recommend for 6 or less names.

The delivery took nearly 6 weeks when it said it would take 2 and be there in time for Mother’s Day. I then had to pay to ship these since they weren’t here in time to give on Mother’s Day. I emailed the seller twice during this time and they were not very accommodating. Won’t purchase from this seller again. The towels also have the names listed in a straight line below which is not what I expected based on the picture.

I ordered two of these. Both shipped on May 7. I received one on May 27. I still have not received the other. Tracking shows it has been in IN for days. I contacted the seller, but received no response. I love the one I received, but I wish I had both or at least a response from the seller.

I ordered this item on May 9th. it says “shipped on May 26th” however, EVERY time I check the tracking, it says “awaiting your package” ...like it’s never even been sent. it’s been a month since I ordered and when I try to contact the seller, NOTHING. I was so excited about this item for our fur babies and now I’m just so disappointed. Do not waste your time ordering from them, it doesn’t not seem they care about the customers who order there products.

I ordered this on April 16 and still have not gotten it. It was supposed to have been a Mother's day gift.when I try to contact seller it just sends me to a screen wanting to send money.

If you feel like throwing your money away, by all means order from this company. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my item. I emailed 3 times finally got a reply saying: “good news your order has shipped” it went from waiting to receive your item at the USPS in Utah for 3 weeks & now it’s waiting to receive your item in Indiana. Just total run around garbage.

I have been patiently waiting for this pillow cover for around a month now. Says it shipped May 20th , I have yet to receive it. 😑
