My husband and I love these coasters! Exactly what I ordered. They came in as described. Fast shipping for a custom product.
The lantern was nice, however I ordered it in black but I received it in white. I sent an email to seller the day I received the lantern (12/22) advising them of the error but there has been no response as of 12/27. It is somewhat disappointing.
Avoid this seller! I ordered 3 of this item on December 8th for Christmas gifts that I have not received. I have a tracking number that does not work and have sent repeated messages with no response. Based on the other reviews posted since I ordered, I have very low confidence I would received them intact and in the right color anyway, so at this point I'd really just like my $75 back. I only gave it 1 star because it won't let me give zero.
Ordered 5 to give as CHRISTMAS GIFTS on 12/9 with expected ship date of 12/19. As of today will not receive till 1/2 due to not shipping till 12/26. If you cannot meet shipping deadlines don’t advertise that you can!!! Customer service is non existent!! Jane you need to hold sellers more accountable!
It was smaller than what I thought, but still LOVED it.
The luggage tags are substantial and of good quality. However, my order arrived with the wrong phone number on them. Their mistake, not mine. I have emailed them twice with no response. Disappointing as I ordered three sets and am now out almost $30.
Had some pretty big flaws in the handle. Looked damaged almost. The engaging part looked good though
I ordered in plenty of time to give as a Christmas gift. Today is the 27th and I still do not have. I emailed 2x to the company no response. I got an email today the 27th that it just shipped. I am very disappointed with their customer service. Jane should not partner with them. Upset I did not get. This was a Christmas gift.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Received it later than the date I should have and when I received it it wobbles on a flat surface and would leaned to the right. There was a dent on the side of it and a black mark across the front door that won’t come off. Have contacted the company and haven’t heard anything back.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift on the 10th and it stated it would ship by the 19th. Today is the 27th and it still has not shipped. Emailed them 3 times and even called the number for them. Really disappointed that my nephew and his wife did not receive a gift from me. I am now in contact with Jane.com to see if anything is done. BUYER BEWARE!!
Item was supposed to be shipped on Dec. 19th and as of today I never received the items. The customer service at this company is horrible, they have a recording and no one answers the phone. Do not buy from them.
My first review on this item was that I never received it. It was a Christmas gift and I finally got it January 16th! That being said, I liked it and the person for whom I bought this for like it too. This is why I only gave 3 stars.
