Ordered in November for a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived and still shows processing. Contacted the company for a refund and they refused.

I ordered my Christmas gift Nov 29th just now shipped hopefully I'll get it by Christmas. I emailed them twice with no response back. They shouldn't take my money until they ship if it's going to take week's! Beware of seller!!

Terrible customer service. Never received them.

I have not received this item. Said it would ship by Dec 10th and still says processing. I have reached out to the seller twice to figured out when it will ship and I have not gotten a response.

I never received my order and it still hasn’t shown up as shipped. We will be moving soon as well so I tried to contact the shop and they said they’d get back with me and never did.

It’s really nice and I love that it’s personalized. Quite a variety of art tools!

I ordered this Nov 30th and it said it would ship by Dec 8th I have tried emailing twice with no response I also think it is very unprofessional to not have a phone number to call customer service I was really hoping to have this to give to my sister-in-law for Christmas while she was in town this weekend but now I'm going to have to ship it to her I live nearby and was hoping to use them in the future for more gifts but now I'm not sure I will I understand that most places are understaffed and really busy this time of year, but I don't understand why I can't at least receive an email response

Ordered 11/30 with the estimated ship date of 12/8. It's 12/16 and no item. I understand it the holidays but it's been 3 weeks, plenty of time. Don't put in your description an estimated ship date if it's going to be weeks before its shipped
