I have not received my order. I have contacted the seller with no response.
Item was supposed to arrive by Christmas but I still don’t have it. Maybe once it comes in if it does I’ll increse the stars.
Ordered 12/9 as of 12/27 have not received item nor any updates on status order.
I placed an order for three lanterns on Dec 10th with a promised shipment date of Dec 19th and planned to give those as Christmas gifts. Although today is December 28th and they have yet to be processed and shipped. I sent several emails to the company for a status update and they have not responded. This was my first experience ordering with Jane and I am so upset and disappointed that I have no plans to order from this company or site again.
I ordered this three weeks ago and it still says it is processing. I emailed the company and they have not responded. Worried it is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Read reviews!!!! S L O W!!!! Ordered 12/9/2017 and I still haven’t received the lantern as of 1/3/2018. 1.8.2018 Received and the item is incorrect I order black received white and the personalization is not centered. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT; emails are ignored.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift- was notified that shipping info was sent to USPS but the item was never delivered. I have contacted to sellers via email and have not received a response...
This was supposed to ship 12/19 and arrive for Christmas. I was both appalled and embarrassed that the order shipped TODAY, 12/27, a full week after the promised shipping date. I was NOT notified that shipping would be delayed and am humiliated that the item was not at the recipients' home in time for Christmas. It will be a long time before I order again -- if ever. FURIOUS.
Wouldn't know if I like them because I haven't received them yet! Ordered on December 9th for Christmas, still waiting. It eventually arrived on Jan 3 but it was not what I ordered. Now I can't get anyone to help me!

I’ve ordered 2 lanterns for Christmas on Dec 10. Expected ship date was Dec 19. It’s now Dec 28. I’ve emailed the company twice without any response. No update. No contact. But they took my money!

Never received product!!! I have made contact three times with no response. I notice I am one only of many who missed out on gifting these for Christmas. Can Jane do anything about this for all us rushing out to buy something else?? This was a huge disappointment!!
