Absolutely terrible customer service. I emailed multiple times and Jane emailed with no response, searched for their Instagram and sent a message there, nothing. Do not recommend ordering from here at all!!!!!!

Disappointed, I followed the layout shown when putting in my personalization. Everything is on 3 lines all at the bottom - Doesn't even make sense. Now I have to find something else to get for the gift. It was supposed to say The Gramma in a larger font in the middle and then one line above and one line below this. The quality is good but the placement of wording is awful.

Got this for my sister for Christmas and it’s super cute. Definitely worth the price. Good craftsmanship. So excited to give it to her!

Never received

I ordered this for friends for Christmas on Nov 24 and it still has not shipped! It is now too late to give it to my friend! I have reached out twice with no response! It is NOT ok to take this long to ship! I placed my order early!!

This was supposed to ship by Nov. 30th. I understand there are delays, however, it is up to the customer service team to inform the customer of that - not give an automated email and then not follow up. Also, I read other reviews before giving my own and others seem to have the same issue. In addition, the PUBLIC seller responses contain tracking links which give out PRIVATE information. Extremely unprofessional and unsettling.

Spelled a name wrong on it. Was going to give it as a gift.

This product was stated to ship by November 30th. Still have not received my order. It only says shipped. I have emailed the seller several times and have not received a response yet. The whole purpose in ordering mid November was to have it out all of December.

This item was stated as shipping out on November 30th. This is the reason I ordered it; so I’d have it out the entire Christmas season. By the 2nd week of December when it still had not shipped, I reached out to the sender. I never received a response. I still have not received the order. There are plenty of other small businesses that honor their word and care to respond to buyers’ emails. I won’t be shopping here again and can not recommend this seller to others.

Only giving 1 start to share review. We have ordered these and they're cute as heck but I've been waiting on my recent order for a month. Tracking says it was shipped earlier this morning but thats it. I've emailed the seller 2-3 times now with no response. Very disappointed.

This is very cute, but I requested the cat instead of the dog! My fault completely! I think it will be okay with my husband.
