I ordered these on 11/16. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. I'm very disappointed and really would like some sort of answer as well as the products I ordered

Slight delays transpired due to the surge of orders and some delayed shipments from the suppliers. Rest assured that we are going to follow up on your order and the tracking information will be sent to you through e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Apparently I am not alone in my complaint. I ordered this a few weeks ago, expected it on December 2nd on December 4th it still showed processing. I emailed and the next day it showed shipping label created. No further movement, after 4 emails and no response I can only assumed they have taken my money for their own pleasure. BUYER BEWARE! A simple response would have avoided all of this! I have filed a report with JANE.
I have still not received my items. I have also sent an email with attn to Jim as stated , and I have had no response from the company

The names are not aligned in any way which makes it look a little weird. Cute otherwise.

I am not one to do bad reviews but.. I ordered this item on 11/13. It was estimated to be delivered on 11/22. When I did not receive my package on that date and it was still saying “processing,” I emailed the company on 11/30. I had not gotten a response so I emailed them again on 12/4 with no response. AGAIN. All while the order still says processing. I just want my money back.
We are extremely sorry for this delay. We have filed a lost claim in your behalf and will be processing a full refund for this order
