Personalized Glass Lanterns
I ordered from Jane on December 9th and the order said it would ship by December 19th. The products I ordered were going to be Christmas gifts. It is January 1, I have paid for my order back on December 9th and it still says it's processing. I have sent 7 emails asking for a status update and only received 1 asking for my order number. I sent it to them and that's the last I've heard. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service that I would not recommend ordering from them. They have beautiful items, but what good is that if you can't get the items or even inquire about your order.
