I ordered from Jane on December 9th and the order said it would ship by December 19th. The products I ordered were going to be Christmas gifts. It is January 1, I have paid for my order back on December 9th and it still says it's processing. I have sent 7 emails asking for a status update and only received 1 asking for my order number. I sent it to them and that's the last I've heard. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service that I would not recommend ordering from them. They have beautiful items, but what good is that if you can't get the items or even inquire about your order.

The product was beautiful, good size. My only issue is it took a long time to get here. I recieved a tracking code that didn't work for about 10 days. I emailed them about it, never heard back but the next day the tracking number worked.

When I bought these I wanted them to say a personalized name in the center, but what I got was the “family fixings” saying in the middle. I specifically said what I wanted in the customize heading but did not get it exactly as I wrote. They were still cute but just not what I thought I was buying.

Would be 5 if not for the nick from noth having enough packing material to protect the wood from damage during shipping.. I would suggest bubble wrap in the future... my in laws will definitely have Unique cutting board.

Although I received my lantern much later than was estimated it is perfect!
