I am very disappointed in this product and the lack of customer service. The Personalized 150-pc Art Kit arrived in a box that had 4 holes in it. The art case has a hole in the cover. The watercolor paints are loose and not it the spot intended. I sent an email on 11-26-21, the day it arrived and another email on 11-29-21 stating the condition the art kit arrived in and asking for a refund. As of today, December 1, 2021 I have not had a reply. The art kit itself is not the quality I was expecting.
