DO NOT PURCHASE! Ordered almost a month ago and I have yet to receive this item. I've emailed them multiple times with no responses. The first time I asked if I would still be receiving it for Christmas since I ordered before the deadline for Christmas orders but the estimated ship date had come and gone. They responded and told me it would be in, in time for Christmas but it never came. Since then I have not gotten a response. I placed my order on Dec 8th so at this point I am thinking I will not be receiving this. Very disappointed. I have gone as far as contacting Jane to take further action.

Good quality and a wonderful product. I gave 4 stars because the door or my lantern doesn't sit straight so it makes the logo look crooked. Not super noticeable from far away, but I notice it.

The lantern was very pretty and elegant. My only concern is that it did not ship, on or even close to, the expected ship out date of Dec 19th that I was notified of. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone that was visiting for the holidays. It did not arrive til after the New Year and I am now having to pay to ship it to that person-as they live out of state. I ended up spending more than I had planned with 2nd shipping cost and had to buy something for that person to open when they were here :(. When I sent the email on 12/27 to the seller asking about the status-there was not even the courtesy of a response. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication. I was actually able to confirm that the package was in the mail by tracking the package. But again the lantern is very pretty, was well packaged, and I'm sure will be much enjoyed

If I could give a zero stars I would. I ordered this lantern on the 10th of December and it had an estimated ship date of the 19th of December. A few days after I placed my order I needed to change the shipping address. I emailed the seller and didn't get a response. A couple days later I sent another email. Still no response. I contacted Jane.com for their assistance, and I finally got a response from the seller. Christmas came and went, my order had a tracking number but it never showed as being shipped. Another email to the seller went unanswered. I finally got fed up and asked Jane.com for a refund which is being processed now. I'm sure the Christmas rush was a busy time, but as a retail business, you'd better have good communication with your customers. I would stay away from this one!

The lanterns I received were very nice and were not broken in shipment. However, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. I placed my order on December 8th for 2 lanterns as Christmas gifts. My order status said estimated ship date was December 19th. I received no shipment notification by the 19th so I reached out to the seller the following day on the status of my order. After I sent 3 emails to the seller and also contacted Jane.com on my 3rd attempt, I finally heard back from the seller who informed me there was a delay and my items would be on their way soon. They apologized and offered 60% off my next purchase. While the product was great, I am a stickler for great customer service. That said, I will most likely never purchase from this company again. I recommend contacting Jane.com if you are not getting a response. My husband secretly ordered one for me for Christmas and had the same issues. It never shipped, they never responded to his emails and finally Jane.com intervened and refunded our money. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!
