The item itself was super cute. But when I received it, the lid was all scuffed up. There was zero time before Christmas to send back and re-order for my granddaughter.

Never responded to my emails regarding why stocking has not shipped

It is large and the personalization is perfect. There was a scratch and a weird line down one side of the front.

I ordered two of these cutting boards, and I was absolutely pleased with them. Very pretty and loved them.

The finish of the case was marred near the personalization. In addition, the art supplies inside are very low quality, and I am looking to replace them before giving this as a gift. Definitely disappointed.

They are what I expected, but the estimated arrival date was WAY off. I don't even mind it taking a while to create, but please do not say it will send on a date and then it sends over 2 weeks later

Product was to ship 12/13. It is 12/21 and it still hasn't . No response from seller except an auto reply.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift and received them in the mail today and it has the wrong large initial in the middle and it says The Rhonna Kitchen “ instead of Rhonna’s Kitchen as I needed. Please help!
