Arrived on time and exactly how I expected! Great gift item!

Ordered on December 2nd and still nowhere in sight. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve for God’s sake. Would not recommend this seller, and I will not shop at Jane.com again.

Capitalization of the name is incorrect. I ordered The Cooks and it came as the cooks. I've clicked contact seller twice and my email gets returned. I need a replacement glass ASAP as this is a Christmas gift

I ordered 2 of these over A MONTH AGO. We are now 3 days from Christmas and still nothing. I understand shipping issues, but come on. It didn’t even ship on time. This is my first time ordering from Jane’s website & unfortunately it will probably be my last. I had to email the seller several times to even receive a response. If production is so slow, maybe limit your quantity. I’ve tried to be understanding but I think now it’s poor communication and/or lack of employees.

This took well over a month and some. Came with some scratches.:( not the happiest but will hold the whiskey!

These hot pads will make a very nice wedding present! They are well represented in the photos and a very good quality.

I really liked the idea but it is extremely hard to see the words, even with a candle behind it.

It didn't fit the insert as snug as I wanted it but the print and the material were good. Only wish there were colors options to choose from. Overall lovely!!

Love and definitely will order more for family and friends.

This is laughably small. I am honestly embarrassed to give away as a gift and would NOT recommend to anyone.
