Was supposed to have shipped on December 7 still shows processing. I have emailed on two different occasions without a follow up response! Very unprofessional to not even give a response…

Product was smaller than expected. Took forever to receive my product (over three weeks)!

The names are covered by the door. This was for a gift. I'm embarrassed. I can't give this to them and now it's too late to do anything. I'm very, very disappointed. I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews before purchasing!

The engraving is a lot smaller than shown in pictures, also shipping was very delayed. I ordered a few weeks back said I would have it by 12/8 and just received 12/20. I emailed twice with no response back.

Was expecting a pillow. Also not very soft.

Iv contacted the seller asking for a refund cause I ordered these at the first of December and they were to ship by the 9. They still have not shipped and it’s 4 days till Christmas and all my emails come back undeliverable. Guess I’m out product and $30. Not happy at all. Since I paid through PayPal I have started the steps of trying to get my money back. May take a while but I need my money back. Do not recommend.

Great quality. Looks just as expected. Shipping took awhile but I'm sure it's due to holidays.

This item came damaged. The packaging was less than impressive. It was wrapped with very little bubble wrap. I have sent numerous emails to see if I can get a replacement for my granddaughter. I have not heard back. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to contact the seller for weeks and they will not respond to my emails. Product said it should have shipped a week ago and I havent received anything. I can’t leave a review of the actual product, just one of the customer service. I do find it interesting that they have taken the money, though. No delay in that, just in responding to customers or actually getting products out.

It’s very small.

I ordered a pillow with seven names on it (max was eight) and when it arrived a name was missing. They sent the receipt that had all seven names on it so I know that I ordered it correctly. I reached out to the company three times without any response. I’m out the money and now have a pillow with one of the grandkids name missing.
