Been “awaiting shipment” for almost 2 weeks. You can get it from Etsy a lot faster…

I never received my item. Ordered more than 2 weeks ago! Update: I ordered this item in mid September and have still not received it. I accidentally ordered from this place a second time 3 weeks ago (I should have checked the seller) and still have not received that item either. This seller is stealing from customers. I am shocked Jane is allowing this.

Never received my sweatshirt. Pending acceptance since the 16th. No response from seller. Had to contact Jane customer service. They finally responded saying they would ship new shirt. Have received no updated shipping. Will update if I ever receive it. As of now, would not recommend seller.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the shirt September 4...it said it was shipped the 8th. I have yet to receive the shirt. I have emailed the vendor twice with no response. I finally emailed jane.com, hoping they can help. After reading other reviews, I'm not alone. Ugh. Buyer beware!

As expected. Soft on the inside! I am normally a small and sized up to a medium when I wish I would've just stuck to my normal size small. The medium was a little more oversized than I would've liked.

This seller doesn’t ship or respond to emails. I would avoid this seller.

I cannot even actually review the product because I still haven’t received it. Order place on 9/6. In a world where most online purchases take 2-4 days….going on 3 weeks is ridiculous. I don’t a little extra time but there are so many options that can ship faster, this seller is going to miss out.

Have not received shirt;emailed seller with no response. Is way past time it should have been delivered. Reaching out to Jane now. Looking at recent reviews looks like multiple people are not getting their items. Do not recommend. If i actually get my shirt; I'll update...

Cute hoodie for fall/Halloween! Shipping did take way longer than I expected and than what was stated. Good price and quality.
