I ordered two for my kids and they still haven't been delivered!
Update: Purchased on September 10, arrived October 05th after contacting seller. Tshirt is 5/10. The bottom edge is basically unfinished/raw with a poor zigzag stitch that is falling off. Very thin. Print and color are correct. While the shipping label was created early, the actual package was not received for tracking until after I posted the first review (see below). Will not be buying from this seller again. (Original)Bought sept 10, its now sept 30 and ive not received it. Shipping says they haven't gotten the package. Ill update when/if i get it. Contacted seller, waiting for response.

I never got the shirt
This order was never fulfilled and the seller never responded to my emails.
Placed the order on September 10th and still have yet to receive the shirt. I reached out to the company who said they would look into why it hasn't shipped yet and then I received no further response. I would like to get my money back so I can order the same shirt, for cheaper somewhere else. This was my first time buying anything off of Jane.com and I'm not sure I'll buy anything else.
Forced to give at least 1 star. Did not receive product! No response from company!
Still waiting on my package since September 9th. Still waiting for acceptance at the USPS. I got a hold of the seller through Jane and still no update on my package.

Love, love, LOVE my shirts!! Took a minute to arrive but when I contacted the seller they responded and shipped immediately. Just an FYI for some of you that I've seen post on other purchases, not necessarily from this company.... if your package didn't arrive or something was wrong and the company isn't responding to your emails you can contact Jane.com directly and they will contact that company. They will give them a period of time to respond and if they fail to do so Jane.com will force a refund on their end. Happy shopping!
I am still waiting on my shipment which says it was labeled for postal pickup on 9/16. I have contacted the seller to no avail and have now contacted Jane.com customer service for help. If I get the shirts, I will revise my review.

Didn't receive the item. Seller has stopped communicating. Will be requesting a full refund.
Great sweatshirt once I got it. Order placed September 8th and after 3 unanswered emails to seller and 2 emails to Jane finally got it today October 25th 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️Order at your on risk
Have not received the product and have not received a reply to my attempts to communicate with the seller. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. My order placed on September 11th has been "awaiting acceptance" since September 16th without any further update and it is now September 29th.
Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received. Ordered from other sellers at the same time and those products have been received.
Have not received items and zero response from the seller despite multiple attempts to contact them.
