Do not purchase from this company. Never received the shirts I bought.

Do NOT buy from them. I ordered on 9/11 and have NEVER received my shirts. Tried to contact them twice with no reply. I even contacted USPS trying to track down my package. Extremely frustrating.

Never received & seller won't respond.

EDIT: FINALLY received package on 10/21. Still no response from seller from original email. Moving from 1 star to 2 only because I did finally received it. I ordered on 9/5/21. Pre-shipment tracking updated on the 22nd with no movement since. I have contacted the seller with no response. I am VERY disappointed that I have not received this shirt and I am out $22 for nothing.

Never received, tracking never updated from “item received, acceptance pending”. I contacted the seller twice with no response.

The shirt I received was not the color I thought I was buying. The orange color online is presented as a faded orange in both the picture of the shirt as well as the color swatch page. The orange I received is a much brighter orange. I've reached out to the seller twice to initiate a return or exchange, but have not received any communication from them.

Says my order was shipped over 10 days ago and still haven't received it. I reached out to the seller twice with no response.

Ordered sweatshirt at the beginning of the month. Said it shipped on the 21st but the tracking number shows it hasn't been to USPS yet....

UDATE: the seller has yet to contact me further, items have not arrived and tracking says it is waiting for the product. I contacted Jane directly and they refunded my $70+ order. Item was ordered on Sept 9, said to arrive on Sept 20. Tracking number was posted. I tracked it and called USPS directly on 9/30/2021. They said that the item was never received but pre-shipment information was sent. Seller says package was mailed it. USPS says only a shipping label was created but package was never received.

This is an edited review. The sweatshirt is cute however took about a month to receive and the customer service from this shop is awful. They do not respond to emails after I sent multiple asking where my package was.

Honestly, I'd leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely zero communication from the seller. I never received my shirt and got no response when I emailed them. I had to open a Paypal case to get my refund. I definitely can't recommend this seller.

I got this for my 9 tear old. He normally wears a youth medium and that's what I ordered. It fits him perfectly. He likes it!

I got the Jason one for my teenager. He approves. He is 5'7" and 145lbs. The large fit him perfectly.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago. Still have not received.

Like everyone else I never received my shirt. I have emailed the company, but they don’t respond.

I ordered two for my kids and they still haven't been delivered!
