Shipping took a while but very happy once I received the product

I haven’t received this item. I ordered it over 3 weeks ago, the estimated shipping date was September 20th. I haven’t received ANY update. I contacted the seller about a week ago and haven’t gotten a response. I received an email saying to rate the item that I have not received yet. Hoping it gets here sometime before Halloween so I can actually wear it to celebrate the season.

I have yet to receive the order. I’ve reached out 4 times with no response from the seller. This was a gift for my daughter. Took my money and never delivered my product. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I have can't fathom how this store: JOHNNY THREADS refuses to reach out to their buyers. So sad. I will be fighting this charge.

Never Received sweatshirt.

Product was nice - definitely large for a large but very comfy. Wish I could have received a reply from customer service when I reach out. It also arrived later than anticipated.

I never received this item. I purchased two sweaters and Jane has been less than helpful to get the new ones or a refund.

Seller won’t respond back to multiple emails that shirt is lost in mail somewhere. Beware of purchasing! I will fix this review if taken care of.

Very soft and cozy!

Ordered on 9/11. Label created on 9/21. Didn't ship out until 10/2. Don't have product yet so can't comment on quality but shipping time is ridiculous. Will not order from them again which is sad because they seem to have really cute/ fun stuff. Update: Did receive my shirt finally. Very soft, great shirt... love it! Will really have to think before purchasing from them again because of the horrible shipping times. 😔

It has been nearly a month, and I still have not received my order. No response from seller. Zero stars if I could.

Over the years I have ordered at Jane, I have never once had this issue. My package supposedly shipped on Sept 21st, but still waiting to be received ??? I have tried contacting seller which I shouldn’t have too in the first place!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from this seller and haven’t received either or a response from the seller. I wish I would have read the reviews because clearly I’m not the only one with this issue.

I ordered my sweatshirt a couple weeks ago. Received a shipping notification that it was being sent out September 21 and it’s still awaiting the package. I have not received as of October 2nd. I contacted the seller and have not received a response.

My package said it shipped on 9/23 and when I track it it says it is pending approval. I have emailed the supplier twice with no response.

It's not the product I have issues with its I have not received my product and I have emailed the seller twice and received no response from them. Tracking number says "Shippment Received, Package Acceptance Pending". This was dated Sept 14. If you, the seller would please respond I will gladly change my review.
