Never received my order. Tried to contact seller and they never responded.

Never have received my product. Ordered it on 9/11. No response for the seller. Really needed this for our upcoming Halloween camping trip.

Shirts are very soft and comfy!

Ordered weeks ago. Says it shipped on the 21 st but still is not here and I have left two emails and no reply. I will change my review if I get my order soon. I just reached out to Jane via email so I will wait and see what they do about this person. I guess I'm not the only person having a problem getting their order.

Ordered the one with iced coffee and yiu can't see the brown in the cup very well at all.

1st sweatshirt was set to be shipped out the 21st. Hasn't moved and post office looked into it. Said it was never scanned in, so I'm been emailing customer service. Finally got ahold of the seller. They claimed to have sent out a replacement. We shall see. Should have to deal with all these problems, never had this bad of issues with anything I bought on here. I see I'm not the only one going through this issue and they will defer me from purchasing anything from this seller in the future.

Very slow shipping. Still not arrived after over 20 days. Not even shipped yet

Never received the product ordered, I contacted the seller and did not receive a response until I involved Jane Support but the issue still has not been resolved by seller and they have not responded about a refund or even re shipping the item.

Takes way too long to ship. I have reached out several times and I have not received an answer about when it will arrive. I want a refund and it’s being ignored.

i have emailed asking for status and tracking number says it is lost. i asked for a refund and no one has responed

I would leave zero stars if I could. Was supposed to ship out by Sept 20, I emailed Sept 23rd, no reply until 5 days later. It is October 1 and still have not received item. Terrible customer service! I will contact my cc company and dispute. Thumbs down.

I ordered my shirt almost a month ago and have contacted seller with no response back. I don’t mind having to wait so much, but the fact the the seller will not communicate is suspicious to me. Poor customer service

Do not purchase from this company. Never received the shirts I bought.

Do NOT buy from them. I ordered on 9/11 and have NEVER received my shirts. Tried to contact them twice with no reply. I even contacted USPS trying to track down my package. Extremely frustrating.

EDIT: FINALLY received package on 10/21. Still no response from seller from original email. Moving from 1 star to 2 only because I did finally received it. I ordered on 9/5/21. Pre-shipment tracking updated on the 22nd with no movement since. I have contacted the seller with no response. I am VERY disappointed that I have not received this shirt and I am out $22 for nothing.
