Ordered on Sept. 4th. Was supposed to ship by the 8th. I have emailed the seller twice with no response until Jane got involved. Seller claims they filed a report with the USPS and is supposed to send a replacement. I am very doubtful I will receive my shirt and will never purchase from this seller again. It's a shame because the designs are cute. Do not recommend.

Took forever to receive, but it’s very soft and had nice graphics

They finally sent me my order after I tried contacting them multiple times. I love the shirt, comfy feel and seems to be well made. Unhappy with the customer service but they could be having staffing issues.

I would do zero if I could… I ordered on 9-2-21 and still nothing. I emailed the vendor and nothing. I just want a refund at this point.

Oh boy, these folks are something else. I had to get Jane involved, twice, just to get my orders and they are over a month since I ordered them! They finally responded to me from the company via email, and were unbelievably rude about it. She said that USPS obviously lost my package. That was a lie. Jane needs to research this company and stop doing business with them.

Took a long time to get delivered. Had to contact Jane customer service for them to get back to me about them. I love the shirts but I don't think I'd order from them again

Ordered 9-8 & still have not received it. Tried to contact seller & no response.

Still haven't received. Seller didn't answer my email for a bit and Jane said in order to cancel, even if you haven't received it, they had to contact seller. Seller finally answered after Jane sent this and did not let me cancel even after saying I did not receive the product.

it was ordered on the 9th expected to ship on the 20th and as far as I can tell, maybe a label has been created. That's frustrating. I'm sure it will be great , but having never ordered from this shipper before, I'm disappointed.

UPDATE: Seller is to be sending a new sweatshirt. Have yet to receive my sweatshirt and I ordered it 3 weeks ago… will update if I ever get it. Would not recommend this seller based on other reviews.

I’ve been waiting for 2.5 weeks for my shirts to arrive. Tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 days and it has yet to be scanned. I’ve also reached out to them through their email with no response. I’m very disappointed. I know shipping is a challenge right now and I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I wish I’d receive a response.
