Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received. Ordered from other sellers at the same time and those products have been received.

Have not received items and zero response from the seller despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Im reviewing the service since it has been over 2 weeks that I ordered a shirt & have yet to receive product or even an answer to my emails! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! The 1 star is too much but HAD to leave 1.

It's really interesting that all the latest reviews say no one is responding. Im sure mine is “lost in the mail too” I reached out and nothing. Not sure what is going on, but this isn't okay. Clearly Jane needs to put a hold on their account. I see they are still selling things and no one seems to be getting them. Sketchy.

It's the 28th. No shirt. Seller won't respond to my email. It's not that hard folks. You got my money. I want my shirt.

Still have not received my tee shirt and have not heard back from seller

Item was supposed to ship on Sept 17th & didnt until the 21st. Tracking still shows it was never received by USPS. I’ve emailed the several times and still haven’t gotten a response. Will never purchase from this seller again.

The sweatshirt is adorable, but I wish I had ordered a small since the medium is so large.

Ordered on Sept. 4th. Was supposed to ship by the 8th. I have emailed the seller twice with no response until Jane got involved. Seller claims they filed a report with the USPS and is supposed to send a replacement. I am very doubtful I will receive my shirt and will never purchase from this seller again. It's a shame because the designs are cute. Do not recommend.

Took forever to receive, but it’s very soft and had nice graphics

They finally sent me my order after I tried contacting them multiple times. I love the shirt, comfy feel and seems to be well made. Unhappy with the customer service but they could be having staffing issues.
