Update: received!! Just as wonderful as all the other products I have ordered and received from this shop. Still have not received. No word back from the seller either

If I could leave no stars I would! I ordered my Halloween shirt on October 1st and here we are 11/3 and still no shirt. Received a bogus excuse that the post office is holding it up. I contacted usps and they show it delivered in Massachusetts im in Texas!! Jane.com shouldn't allow them to sell on their website. Just give me my money back!

I order two shirts on 9/24. I did not receive items until 11/3, after Halloween. Very disappointed and will not be using this seller again.

I never received my order. Contacted the seller for update and have not received a response.

This came about a month late and is on a standard gildan sweatshirt. I was not happy with the quality.

Seller did not ship my item for a month. Was never received at the post office. When I sent a message to the seller they did not respond, but my item magically arrived in the postal system. I ordered this sweatshirt for Halloween, gave plenty of time, and it wasn't even shipped until after the holiday. I cannot review the actual product because I don't have it. The service with this vendor is unacceptable.

Ordered these sweatshirts September 24th for Halloween. We FINALLY received them yesterday, November 3rd. Emailed them several times and never got one reply. I will never order from them ever again.

Do not order from this company! Ordered on 9/24, finally got my shirt on 11/3. Sent several emails to the company, and they would not respond until Jane got involved.

I never received my order I wanted an extra week after it said it shipped before reaching out I emailed 3 separate times and never got a response I understand if it was the post office's fault so it wasn't their fault, but at least respond to a container's email ya know? Terrible costumer service

I like the shirt, but it took over a month to get to me. Received after Halloween so pretty much have to wait until next year to wear it. And when I reached out to the seller, I never got a reply back. The shirt just randomly showed up. So shirt was 4 star but experience dropped it to a 2/5.

Haven't received my t-shirt yet and it's Nov 5th. Have attempted to contact the seller via email with no return response. I was so excited about this t-shirt for Halloween, but come Nov 5th, the excitement is gone
