Ordered over a month ago and never received. Seller will not respond.

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received. Contacted seller and they never responded.

Never received this item.

I ordered two shirts from this seller. Neither arrived. Contacted seller and they claimed I’d be getting another two “very soon.” Jane support asked for shipping information for the shirts which they never provided. Jane support had to refund me. They never answered back to myself or Jane support. Not a great way to run a business.

Original order shipped mid September and was then lost or something by usps. I contacted customer service they emailed me back and said they would send a replacement order. I asked for tracking and have emailed twice with no response on when I would be getting my items. This is supposed to be a gift

I ordered this on September 8th and received it October 5th. Very Very Slow shipping. I recommend ordering elsewhere.

Order a shirt and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered, it’s been over a month. Emailed company no response. I’d be careful ordering from them. ( won’t let me give no stars! )

Still have not received my order and my order was placed over a month ago. At this point, Halloween will be over before I get it.

Never got my shirt. I ordered back on September 12th. I have contacted customer service and they said the same thing as the others have stated- they put a new one in the mail. It has said shipment pending since September 21. I just want my money back.

Very bad seller. Bought t-shirt. Don't even know if it has been shipped from several weeks ago. DO NOT BUY! After reading reviews, this seller obviously does this frequently. I have tried contacting the seller and have heard nothing. Would not recommend.

I ordered this product on 9/7/2021 so I could wear it in October. It was shipped on 9/16/2021 and is stranded somewhere in Boston. October will be over and this shift will not be appropriate. What's going on?
