Never received and getting no response from seller regarding refund.

Never received!

I ordered two different shirts from this seller and both shipped more than a month ago and I still did not receive the item. I emailed the seller and did not get a response. It is no use using the tracking number because it does not show accurate records. At this point, I just want to be reimbursed but I cannot get in touch with anyone. I would give zero stars if possible.

Shipped over a month ago, have not received item, shipping information inaccurate. Customer service will not respond.

Ordered over a month ago for my girls and still have not received. Seller has not responded! My girls will be very disappointed if they do not arrive in time for their weekend plans!

I never received this product and had to contact Jane.com Customer Support over it. Shipping from this company is SUPER SLOW! When a package is lost, the company does not respond to any contact from customer or from Jane.com Customer Service.

Never received the product. Ordered in September, had a pre-determined shipment date of Oct 9th, it’s now Oct 21st and it has yet to ship. When I checked the ‘tracking number’ it’s been sitting in Boston for almost a month. I had my credit card company dispute the charge and refund me, because it’s absolutely ridiculous! Jane was also LESS than helpful. Will not shop Jane again.

I ordered these sweatshirts on 9/29! They were saying “in transit” on 10/7! Today is 10/21 and they are no where in site! Never delivered!

Ordered my item Oct 1st since then tracking has not been updated, item hasn’t shipped and zero contact back on the emails I have sent. Will be requesting a refund.

I ordered in Sept and still haven’t received it… Emailed twice & nothing… SCAM., JANE.. you need to remove this seller & give refunds for all the people who never got this

Still waiting on my order over a month later. I've contacted the seller twice to ask for an update and then a refund and haven't heard anything back. Very frustrating!
