Placed my order in early September and received my order 11.01.2021.

Worst service ever. I ordered a shirt on September 8th. Said it shipped but now it’s lost? I emailed and they said they would send another one. No tracking info and never showed up. What I rip off.

Have not received the shirts. They were shipped like a month ago

I ordered on September 9th, and still have not received my item by October 7th. I have emailed the seller and gotten no reply. Contacting Jane for a refund.

I ordered this shirt and it says it shipped Sept 17th. However it never moved and I tried contacting the seller 3 times with no response. With the help of Jane customer support, I did hear back from the seller and they sent a replacement which finally arrived Oct 18th. I realize the shipping failure is more on USPS, but the lack of response from the seller was frustrating

I ordered a shirt at the end of August and it was supposed to ship by September 14th. It is now October 7th and I still have not received my shirt. I have emailed the seller twice and they have not emailed me back.

Ordered the shirt over a month ago and still states that the shipping has not left.

I ordered this sweatshirt on September 8. It shipped a week later but was never delivered. I have waited weeks and weeks and have emailed the company but have not received a response. I am very frustrated by this company’s customer service and bummed I never got my order.

Finally received all three shirts from this order, it took almost six weeks to get them all one at a time. Shirts are good. Length of time it took to get them is not good.

Finally received the shirts. Ordered 9/5, received 10/19. The shirts are two different brands. One is definitely unisex sized, as expected. The other is a considerably smaller cut, like it is a ladies style instead of unisex size as ordered.

I been waiting weeks for this shirt they even sent out another shirt to replace the last shirt that got lost or something in shipping I’m thinking I’m never gonna receive this shirt very dissatisfied!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! 4 weeks. No response from owner. Will be disputing this charge on my credit card. I understand being behind, but communication is key to keeping business!!

Like other reviews, I've been waiting almost 5 weeks for my package, and it hasn't left the USPS facility. I spoke with USPS and they claim they don't have the tracking number in their system at all. They never received my package to be shipped to me. I filed a claim with them after the rep. Told me this. I believe this company is scamming buyers on Jane. I've tried to contact Jane for a refund, but they are also not responding. I'm now going to dispute the charges through Paypal and my bank.

Shipping label was made on 9/23. Its now 10/7 and the product hasn't arrived, the seller won't respond to my emails and there's no information to track the package. This is unacceptable. Don’t purchase!!!! I want my money back!

Ordered shirt on 9/12 and item is still pending shipping. Sent an email to seller on 9/30 and no response.

No! This seller is a scammer my order hasn’t even been shipped yet and now I won’t have it for the date I need it.

I never received my shirt. The seller created a shipping label, and it was never accepted by USPS. I’ve asked for a refund or replacement, and nothing.

Seller never shipped. Claimed to have shipped replacement and didn’t ship either. Fighting to get a refund. Has emailed twice that a replacement was shipped yet no tracking was given and no package and going on 1 month since order! Scam!
