It has been over 30 days since I ordered my HALLOWEEN shirt! I have still not received. The company said they would send another out but never did. I doubt I will receive by Halloween, so there is no point. I just want a refund!
It took a month to receive and the tracking was off but great shirts!
Like many others, I did not receive the shirt after over a month and seller didn't respond to my email. Jane customer service was great and helped me get a refund.
Love the shirt. Just took two weeks to receive.
I am having the same issue as other reviewers. I ordered almost a month ago and I am still waiting to receive it. I have emailed twice, no response. I have never had this issue when ordering on Jane. This is very discouraging. I would be happy to change this review once I have received the shirt.

This seller will not reply to any emails you send and after 30 days of placing your order you will still have no product refund or explanation as to why.

I ordered four shirts on September 24. I did receive one shirt October 4 which is an awesome shirt however I paid for for shirts and the seller will not respond to my multiple emails. Ugh! If the three youth T-shirts are the same quality as the one adult shirt I received I would gladly change my review. Very disappointed!
I placed my order on 9/30 with a promised ship date of on/before 10/12. As of 10/20 the order hasn't been shipped and seller Johnny Threads has failed to reply to multiple inquiries on status. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
I love these shirts and ordered a bunch! I had to take off a star for timing. Shipping took over a month, and I've still only received half of my order. Now Halloween is nearly here, and they're almost out of season.
My order has been stuck in MA since 9/27. Two emails have gone unanswered and no refund. Very disappointing not to have the merchandise in time for the holiday or a full refund.

I placed an order on Sept 17th. Shows that it shipped on 9/23/21 but no shipping or tracking updates have been made. I have reached out to the seller MULTIPLE times about a refund but have had no responses from them.
