Ordered over 5 weeks ago. NEVER received order. Seller is not responding to any of my emails.
Ordered on 9/3, never arrived. No response from seller. BS. Really sucks. UPDATE: after reaching out to Jane customer service and having them take over, the T-shirt miraculously showed up 4 days later. While it’s cute and I'll wear it… I ordered my T-shirt in orange and the writing is Black and ORANGE! Why would you put orange on an orange shirt. Oh well. I won't be ordering from them again. I still give 1 star.

I never got these shirts. Wrote to the seller and asked why... No response! I know Jane doesn't ship as fast as Amazon but I feel like a month is more than enough time to receive a product. I got nothing. I ordered two shirts 3 weeks apart and have never gotten either. Not. Cool.

I ordered Sept. 23rd and the package has not moved as of Oct. 8th. I have sent the seller an email. If I receive this item, I will revise my review.

Is it possible to leave a zero star review? I placed my order on Sept. 10, with expected shipping 9/21. Great... super. It was stuck in Post Office limbo "awaiting acceptance" for two weeks from it's origin point in Massachusetts, and is now seemingly winding it's way through the wilds of New England to Nashua, New Hampshire. Yeah... I LIVE IN KANSAS CITY... I've reached out to the seller at the 9/29 for an update with no response or communication. I'm now in the process of working with Jane Customer Support to collect a refund. I can see why nearly every comment over the last couple of weeks has been similar to mine. Bummer - I was looking forward to my shirts. I would like to know what sorcery the people who did receive their shirts performed... help a girl out, huh?
I have reached out twice to the seller because I order a seat shirt at the beginning of September maybe end of august . It said it was pending delivery on September 21. Called the post office and they said they never received my order and still have not heard back about my order .
** edit: still no update on the shipping and it has been over 2 months since ordering. Very happy I requested the refund since I never received the item.** I am extremely disappointed in this seller. My sweater was supposedly shipped but there has been no update on its shipping status for over a week now and the seller has only reach out once, and that was due to Jane support reaching out to them. Jane support has been amazing In this whole debacle and issued a refund for me, but I am now having to scramble to find a replacement sweater for my daughter for family pictures next week. Very upset and disappointed.
This item shipped on Sept. 21; it's Oct. 8 and I have not received it. I would like a refund!
