Perfect! My toddler loves to golf. His favorite shirt

Ordered in September and it shows in transit since September. I have sent several inquiries and no response. No refund. They took my 💰 and never sent the product.

I can’t speak to the quality of the item as I never received it. Very poor customer service. Item was shipped in September and I have reached out twice to this place with absolutely no response back. I love Jane.com but they should end their association with this place.

I have not received this item yet & when inquiring about it, I can’t get a response from the seller.

I ordered this early September and have not received it ( now mid October.) Tracking shows it has been in MA since 9/14. I have emailed the seller twice and have not heard back or received my product.

I have yet to receive my order that I ordered on September 17th. I have emailed the seller twice and have had no response. Not only have I not received my order, I have not been given any kind of update on it. So that is why I’m only giving one star.

Never received item, sent multiple emails with no response

Finally received my order exactly 1 month after the order date. It was supposed to ship by the 20th of September but didn’t ship out until October and that was after I contacted Jane to reach out to the seller! Don’t expect any email responses from the seller because they will NOT respond. Sweatshirt is a basic sweatshirt but the design feels as if it will hold up well. Still would not recommend due to wait and customer service.

It's been a month and I still haven't received this item. Cannot get any response from customer service. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews also before I bought this shirt. I ordered the middle of September thinking I would beable to wear for Halloween. Says it shipped the end of September. It's October 10 and still no shirt. I tried to email seller and never responded back. I will never buy from him again. Very frustrating and upset. Contacted Jane support to see if I could get my money back… I just received this shirt after ordering it a month ago. Jane support was very helpful and contacted him for me several times. When he finally got back to me after several attempts he blamed it on the USPS saying they are short handed.

Really wish I would have read the reviews on this seller before I ordered! Ordered on 9/8..says it's shipped but I haven't received & tracking info hasn't moved. No response to emails. Grrrrrr.

The sweatshirt is nice but like many others, shipping was delayed and I had to get Jane customer service involved before I finally received the product. Not a good experience foer my first time using Jane. I ordered in August and received product in October.

Edit: I finally received my order on 10/12. I love the shirt, it just would've been nice to have it more timely! I might be able to change my review IF I ever get it. I ordered the shirt on 9/17 and still haven't received it.
