Ordered in September and have not received. Tried to contact seller with no response. Says shipped but has not moved. Very unhappy.

After several attempts by myself and Jane to contact the seller, I still have no response. I ordered on 9/10/21 and as of today 10/14/21, the item still hasn't shipped. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Never received shipment. Contacted seller three times and haven’t gotten a reply. Currently just asked for a refund. Everyone else’s seemed so positive I was surprised with this experience. But can I please get I refund, I never received this and the icon is saying shipped for over a month

The package was shipped quickly, 9/27 and was expected 9/29. But then never moved. From reviews I've read while waiting on my package, that seems to be the case with a lot of their sales. I reached out multiple times to Johnny Threads on an update to no avail. As of 10/14, I still don't have my package. Luckily, Jane supports their customers and refunded my order.

Ordered on September 9, says it shipped September 16th… still have not received package… emailed the seller and still have not heard back..

Have not received yet; contacted seller twice for update with no response. Maybe my daughter will have the shirt BEFORE Halloween.

Love love LOVE! These designs are so fun and the shirts are soft and comfy. I got the baseball raglan with Camp Crystal Lake Running Team. Excellent design, excellent shirt. Shipping did take a while but it was worth the wait.

It would have been nice to receive this sweatshirt for my daughter. I purchased 9/16. A label was created 9/23 but it was never received by USPS. I emailed the seller and received no response.

Updated review: after getting Jane support involved, finally received communication from seller that they had indeed shipped my order when they said but due to issues with the shipper, the tracking info wasn’t scanned and package was in limbo for about 1 month. They finally arrived Oct 26. Shirts are of quality as advertised. So that is good, but communication definitely could have been better. Now I’ll enjoy my shirts for the 5 days until Halloween is over. Original review:Ordered 2 Skeleton shirts Sept 17. They haven’t even shipped. It says they created a shipping label Sept 27 but no activity since them. It’s now Oct 14. I also emailed a week ago, asking for an update. And no response. It’s too bad. I was really excited about these.

I have emailed the seller twice and I still do not have a response. The original order was placed on 9/24/21. I also saw that I am not the only one who is having this issue. I am sure there is a perfectly good reason but they are not communicating at all.

Never received my order even after multiple emails to the company. I had to leave one star just to leave a review or I would have gave 0 since obviously I have nothing to review and I’ve had no reply to the issue from the company. I’ve never had this issue with Jane, but it makes me reconsider ordering from this website.

Ordered two shirts on 9/25 and they said they shipped on 10/5, but USPS hasn't received them. Tried to contact shop owner with no response. From other reviews, seems I am not the only one with this issue. Will try to work with Jane to get my money back. Super disappointed.

Placed this order September 18th and still don’t have it. I reached out to vendor last week and still haven’t received an update. Would love to have before Halloween. Otherwise I won’t wear it.

It was supposedly shipped on 9/23, and I still have not received my shirts. I've messaged the seller with no reply. I will not be ordering anything else from Jane until I receive my puchase.
