I still don’t have my package! I ordered almost a month ago and the tracking hasn't moved.

Never received even after multiple contacts with seller

Took awhile but is absolutely wonderful upon arrival! Seller was quick to respond when I asked about the tracking info.

I ordered this shirt on September 9th, it says it was shipped on September 26. I still haven’t received the shirt and it is October 12th.

I have not received this shirt I ordered a month ago. I have emailed the seller multiple times with no response back. Very disappointed

Never received item. Originally received prompt assistance where they said they would re issue my order as the first was lost in transit. After that they went MIA, no replies. No updated tracking. No items received and its been 3 weeks. Super disappointed. Thankfully Jane refunded my order.

Sweatshirt is great but customer service sucks. Got Jane involved and then they finally responded and their response was rude and sarcastic. As much as I love the product I will never contribute to this company again solely based on their a**hole customer service.

Ordered on 9/19/21 and still have not received my item. I have emailed the seller twice and still have not gotten a response.

Was in the same boat as many buyers. Mid September purchase and seemingly no movement upon stated shipping date. Seller responded to my email stating issues with their post office and inventory software but promised another that would ship out soon. Arrived within a week of that response and the shirt is perfect!! Seller is working to remedy the situation. Hopefully everyone else has the same experience with this.

The sweatshirt quality is great! The time it took to get here, not so much.

This site seems like a scam. I ordered the product almost a month ago. No ETA on the delivery. Shipment hasn't moved since Sept. 27th.

At this time, I can only assign one star to this seller: johnnytrends. The request to rate was sent to me today, but I have never received my order. I have reached out to the seller with no response. I am still hopeful it will arrive, but I am not confident. The USPS states that although a tracking number was assigned to the company for the shipping label weeks ago, they have not received the package to ship. If, and when, I receive my item, I am happy to write a review of the actual product.

I was excited for this shirt, but the package seemed to have got lost along the way. I contacted seller to let them know. Had to get support involved to assist. I was told twice by seller that my item was being shipped and a tracking number would be given. Neither of the times a package was shipped out or a tracking number was sent. I finally had to file a claim through PayPal. PayPal resolved, seller did nothing to assist and remedy the situation.

It's been weeks and I have not received my shirt AND the seller will not respond to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am filing a dispute with my credit card.

Still have not received my package and ordered in September. It says order accepted, and nothing has updated since September 29th. I've emailed multiple times asking for more info with no response.

BUYER BEWARE. This seller is taking money without sending a product in return. I ordered 2 shirts on 9/24. Order supposedly shipped on 10/4 but there has been absolutely no movement since then. The tracking number simply says “order accepted”. After reading the other reviews it appears they make a hobby out of scamming people. I sincerely hope Jane does not allow this seller on the app again. Update 10/29/21: Contacted seller. No response. Jane contacted the seller and asked me to wait 48 hours for a response. No response. Jane immediately issued me a refund. I am very pleased with their customer service.
