Shipped 11 days ago, allegedly. Never received. Seeking refund through Jane.

Never received the shirt and my emails were ignored until I got Jane involved. Jane refunded my money and were a big help. I would give 0 stars for them if I could.

Looks like it may be a trend... SO SAD!!! I ordered 3 shirts, for gifts, from this seller in early September, it's the middle of October and I still haven't received any of them! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! No response back on emails I have sent. NOT how you run a business! BOO! :-P

Might try [email protected]. Unfortunately I haven't received my product either. 3 shirts where estimated shipping on the 5th. Has a shipping label but hasn't moved from the business. Today is the 15th. Since they are Halloween shirts, we wanted them for October. I have tried making contact with the seller, but no response. I purchased other shirts same day, from different sellers and have received them. So I can't believe it's a delay in shipping.

It shows that my shirts shipped Oct 7 and I still have received nothing. It shows they are in Massachusetts. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It has been over a week and I wanted my Halloween shirts before the end of October.

Never received. Ordered 9/30. Shipped on 10/12. Shipping shows package acceptance pending. Seller never actually shipped. Still haven't received shirts 11/10. Requested refund.

Great quality print. Slow shipping. Ordered 9/29. Shipped on 10/7. Delivered 10/25. Print is smooth with shirt, looks professional and washed well. Would order again.

I purchased this item the beginning of September and still have not received the item. The shirt was for October and well there really isn't point of it now. Had contacted seller with no response. Just contacted seller again about a refund for the product I never received, we'll see if they even respond to this email as well. Very disappointing never had a problem with Jane sellers before but I guess there is a first time for everything.

Haven't received any of the shirts. They have been in shipping status since 9/21.

I’m giving this a one star because I still have not received my order. One was for a birthday gift. The other was for Halloween. The supplier, Johnny Threads, is not efficient.

Purchased a month ago. Shipped October 2nd and hasn’t changed shipping status since then. My package is just hanging out around Boston, Mass with no sign of moving anytime soon. I filed a dispute with PayPal because they have yet to respond to any of my emails. I also emailed Jane customer service and they got back to me once I had already filed the dispute. If I were Jane, I would probably read all these reviews and shut this seller down. This definitely has put the kabosh on me ever ordering from Jane again…
