It would have been nice to receive this sweatshirt for my daughter. I purchased 9/16. A label was created 9/23 but it was never received by USPS. I emailed the seller and received no response.
Updated review: after getting Jane support involved, finally received communication from seller that they had indeed shipped my order when they said but due to issues with the shipper, the tracking info wasn’t scanned and package was in limbo for about 1 month. They finally arrived Oct 26. Shirts are of quality as advertised. So that is good, but communication definitely could have been better. Now I’ll enjoy my shirts for the 5 days until Halloween is over. Original review:Ordered 2 Skeleton shirts Sept 17. They haven’t even shipped. It says they created a shipping label Sept 27 but no activity since them. It’s now Oct 14. I also emailed a week ago, asking for an update. And no response. It’s too bad. I was really excited about these.
I have emailed the seller twice and I still do not have a response. The original order was placed on 9/24/21. I also saw that I am not the only one who is having this issue. I am sure there is a perfectly good reason but they are not communicating at all.
Never received my order even after multiple emails to the company. I had to leave one star just to leave a review or I would have gave 0 since obviously I have nothing to review and I’ve had no reply to the issue from the company. I’ve never had this issue with Jane, but it makes me reconsider ordering from this website.
Ordered two shirts on 9/25 and they said they shipped on 10/5, but USPS hasn't received them. Tried to contact shop owner with no response. From other reviews, seems I am not the only one with this issue. Will try to work with Jane to get my money back. Super disappointed.
Placed this order September 18th and still don’t have it. I reached out to vendor last week and still haven’t received an update. Would love to have before Halloween. Otherwise I won’t wear it.

Don't know if I could recommend because I still haven’t received the product. It says it shipped out on October 5 it has been showing no progress on tracking

Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered this shirt on September 3rd. I finally had to cancel the order and ask for a refund through Jane customer service because as of October 13th I still had not received the shirt and had zero response from the store as to what was going on with the item. I emailed the shop directly to ask about the item along with two others I had ordered from them and they did not respond to me. Jane customer service also reached out to them and received no response. While their items are cute I do not recommend purchasing from this shop. Very poor customer service and super super long delivery times. The estimated shipping time they give you is nowhere near accurate.
