Never received my shirt. Contacted the seller multiple times with no response. Finally got Jane.com's customer service involved. Seller had lame excuses & promised a replacement would be shipped out ASAP, which didn't happen. Jane.com refunded me my money.
Good luck tracking your order or even receiving it. Also, don’t expect anyone from this company to respond to your email. One star at best. Wish I would have saved my money.
Loved the shirt. Customer service is poor. Took a month to receive my order. Tracking showed it shipped with a few days of my order. Contacted customer service and did get a timely response that they would check in to it. Emailed them again a week later and got no response. I finally contacted Jane customer service and got a response after I received my order. Not sure I would order from Johnny Threads again.
I have not received the product. It’s been more than a month since I've ordered and I've not received any response from seller despite many emails.
The sweater never arrived.

Super fun and cute. Thin, lightweight t-shirts. Great for Southern fall.
Shirt supposedly shipped over three weeks ago- never delivered. Email sent to seller… no response.
Do not buy. I ordered a shirt over a month ago and it was never shipped and never arrived. The seller will not reply to my emails.
Ordered September 10; still have not received it. I have emailed company twice with no response.
I guess I’m in the same boat at the other reviewers- ordered Oct 4 and the package shows it’s still in Massachusetts. So disappointed. I will try to get a refund I guess.
Ordered 2 shirts, took almost a month to arrive. Once they did, one was wrong size. Emailed them a couple times, no response. Finally had to contact Jane, they finally refunded me. I washed the shirt inside out and the design bubbled and cracked. I don't recommend them at all, super disappointing.
Great quality and customer service! The post office lost my package but Johnny Threads contacted them and got the package on track. I love this sweatshirt!! Thank You!
Shipped 11 days ago, allegedly. Never received. Seeking refund through Jane.
Never received the shirt and my emails were ignored until I got Jane involved. Jane refunded my money and were a big help. I would give 0 stars for them if I could.
Looks like it may be a trend... SO SAD!!! I ordered 3 shirts, for gifts, from this seller in early September, it's the middle of October and I still haven't received any of them! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! No response back on emails I have sent. NOT how you run a business! BOO! :-P
Might try [email protected]. Unfortunately I haven't received my product either. 3 shirts where estimated shipping on the 5th. Has a shipping label but hasn't moved from the business. Today is the 15th. Since they are Halloween shirts, we wanted them for October. I have tried making contact with the seller, but no response. I purchased other shirts same day, from different sellers and have received them. So I can't believe it's a delay in shipping.
It shows that my shirts shipped Oct 7 and I still have received nothing. It shows they are in Massachusetts. 🤷🏼♀️ It has been over a week and I wanted my Halloween shirts before the end of October.
