I still haven’t received this item so I wouldn’t know what it’s like

Still haven’t received it yet! Seller won’t respond to my attempts to contact. Wouldn’t order from them again!

Never shipped. Never replied to emails. Filed claim.

Seems like Jane owes a bunch of people refunds. No shirt received even though it says it shipped Oct. 1st. No updated progress since then. I see I’m not the only one. What a disappointment!

My order has shown that a shipping label was created October 1, but no movement has occurred. I have reached out to both the shop and Jane.com and gotten no response from either. I am a teacher in a self-contained behavioral unit. This was meant to be a reward to my student for good behavior. Students do not fully understand situations like this, it just is another way this kiddo will feel disappointed/let down by yet another adult. i am so upset. keeping my fingers crossed that someone will make it right, but the number of similar reviews is disheartening. please do better! you had a great design.

I have never received it and seller will not respond to my several emails. Very disappointed.

Ordered the Sanderson Sisters B&B shirt weeks ago and it was “shipped” with no other tracking information. I have sent two emails so far with no response. Super disappointed.

Took a bit long to get in, but I love the sweater!

Says shipped on 9/16 and is now a month later and tracking has not been updated and I have not received my package.

Perfect shirt!! Soft and awesome for spooky season will be purchasing from you guys again!!!

Still haven't received my orders. Even reached out to seller. Tracking says it's still in Massachusetts.

Can’t review it because I’m still waiting to receive it. Sent an email to seller but got no response. Will review again when I actually get it.

Like the other reviews, I never got this item. It says a shipping label was printed on October 5th and it is at the Framingham, MA post office. Hasn’t moved from there. I have not received it. I do not recommend ordering from this vendor.

I ordered from this seller a month ago and my package “shipped” 3 weeks ago. There is no information available through the shipping link and the the seller has failed to respond to my email about this issue.

Do not order from this seller. I did not receive my item. Absolute rip off

Still haven't received, shipper not returning emails. Ordered sept 25, shipped oct 5. Today oct 17 and still says in transit no estimated date of delivery. Poor customer service. 0 stars!!!!

I haven't received them! Very disappointed. I emailed them also with no response. I asked to cancel my order and for a refund.
