Just like so many others, I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Sent multiple emails to Johnny threads and Jane with little help. I will NEVER buy something from Johnny Threads again. Jane- please stop selling their goods and allowing them to rip off loyal customers
***Update*** Shirt finally came over a month later. Seller finally answered after Jane got involved. Apparently a post office was holding it hostage due to lack of employees. The shirt is very soft and of good quality. ********Ordered two shirts in September. Still have not received them!!!! Contacted seller and have never heard back. This is unacceptable. Jane should not be selling products from suppliers who don’t even ship out orders! I’m very frustrated.
Ordered on 9/18 and received it on 10/9. Took a little while to receive but the quality is great and it is very soft.

I never received my sweatshirt. It shows it was shipped and my credit card was charged on Sept. 27th-here we are on October 12 and I still don't have it. The tracking number doesn't work and I haven't heard from the seller. BUYER BEWARE
Never got what I ordered. I emailed seller and never got a response.
I ordered on September 9, it says it shipped on Sept 20 and it is now Oct 12 and I still don't have it. I have emailed and requested a refund. I hope they respond.
I still haven't received my package. I ordered on September 22nd. It shows it shipped on September 30 which is a day before expected shipping date. I emailed Johnny Threads but have heard no response. Please contact me and let me know the status or if I am going to be issued a refund.
Ordered 9/5. Hasn't moved since 9/22. It's 10/12. No response from seller. NOT happy!!!
I ordered this the first week of September. The tracking never updated from the date of shipment being placed on September 16. I have contacted the seller twice and no response. Very upset with this matter and will not be giving them my business. I’ve never had this problem on Jane. :(

BUYER BEWARE. This seller is taking money without sending a product in return. I ordered 2 shirts on 9/24. Order supposedly shipped on 10/4 but there has been absolutely no movement since then. The tracking number simply says “order accepted”. After reading the other reviews it appears they make a hobby out of scamming people. I sincerely hope Jane does not allow this seller on the app again. Update 10/29/21: Contacted seller. No response. Jane contacted the seller and asked me to wait 48 hours for a response. No response. Jane immediately issued me a refund. I am very pleased with their customer service.

It's been weeks and I have not received my shirt AND the seller will not respond to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am filing a dispute with my credit card.
I was excited for this shirt, but the package seemed to have got lost along the way. I contacted seller to let them know. Had to get support involved to assist. I was told twice by seller that my item was being shipped and a tracking number would be given. Neither of the times a package was shipped out or a tracking number was sent. I finally had to file a claim through PayPal. PayPal resolved, seller did nothing to assist and remedy the situation.
