It has been over a month and I still have not received my shirts. I have contacted seller through email 3 times and no one will reply to me.

True to size, fast shipment

Never received and seller has not responded to email.

I want to leave a good review but I have yet to receive this and I ordered it on September 21st 2021. It is now October 19th 2021.

The product could be wonderful, but I have never received it. It shipped September 27th & says expected September 29th. Those dates have come & gone, so I emailed multiple times with no response from seller. I was charged from purchase date & have requested a refund with no response. If this is the type of seller that JANE is allowing to sell merchandise, then I no longer will be shopping on JANE's website or app.

Ordered September 9 still hasn’t arrived!

Would love to review this, as you keep asking, but I have yet to receive it. Contacted the Seller at provided email address with a question, immediately after placing order last month, never received a response. At this point I just need to be refunded.

Never received. I messaged twice asking for an update - no return communication. Had to get Jane involved, who messaged again, still with no response. Jane had to issue a refund.

Ordered a shirt in September still have not received. Emailed twice and still no response. Already received 4 other shirts I ordered on the same day.. Would not recommend ordering from this place.

A month later and still nothing. I emailed 3 times and got nothing. Contacted Jane for a refund. Still waiting. Too bad…it’s a super cute shirt in the pics

Still waiting on an item that was “sent” September 23, 2021. I contacted the seller via email and did not receive a response.

Took a little bit to arrive but very cute!

I would review the item, but I have yet to receive the item ordered. Checked tracking and it is still in Massachusetts? One star until I receive item ordered.

I have not received my item even though it was “shipped” thirteen days ago. Tracking is not accurate. Reached out to customer service with no response. Will change review if I receive the item.
