Never received item and seller would never get back to me.

I purchased this item almost a month ago and have not received it! I contacted the seller about 3 times to cancel the item and have not received an answer! Awful costumer service!! Awful service in general!

Shipping takes FOREVER. Hopefully ill get it saturday intime for my party. I ordered 16 days ago. Maybe im just spoiled by amazon and target but it says it SHOULD be here in 4 MORE days. I also have no idea how the product is. Just irritated with how slow it takes ti actually get it shipped.

I actually got mine, compared to other people. The screen printing is blurry and the colored part looks like it will peel right off

I have yet to receive my shirt I ordered and have not received a response back from the vendor in reference to it. It was shipped on September 29th and it is October 20 and still no product.

My son was excited for this shirt but I've yet to receive it. I ordered it September 13 so it's been over month.

Still have not received my sweatshirt and it was ordered in early September. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered in mid to late-mid September for Halloween and finally received 5 days before Halloween. That is the only negative. Very cute shirts. They seem like good quality. They were gifts so I expressed mailed them and they called me super excited about them. So the only negative is very slow on receiving.

Ordered almost a month ago and order is still pending acceptance to the post office. Seller also won't respond. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I never received my package after almost a month of waiting. I sent an email to the seller and received no response. Jane reached out to the seller and still no response. I requested a refund through Jane.

I placed my order September 30, thinking that was plenty of time to receive a Halloween shirt. I still have not received it. Have reached out to the seller twice with no response. So incredibly disappointing as a first time shopper here.

I placed an order on Sept 17th. Shows that it shipped on 9/23/21 but no shipping or tracking updates have been made. I have reached out to the seller MULTIPLE times about a refund but have had no responses from them.

Still have not received… Reading through other reviews this appears to be a BIG issue. Contacted Jane as well, hoping someone will respond and JohnnyThreads has NOT.

My order has been stuck in MA since 9/27. Two emails have gone unanswered and no refund. Very disappointing not to have the merchandise in time for the holiday or a full refund.

I love these shirts and ordered a bunch! I had to take off a star for timing. Shipping took over a month, and I've still only received half of my order. Now Halloween is nearly here, and they're almost out of season.
