Shipped over a month ago, have not received item, shipping information inaccurate. Customer service will not respond.
I ordered two different shirts from this seller and both "shipped" and I still did not receive the item. I emailed the seller and did not get a response. It is no use using the tracking number because it does not show accurate records. At this point, I just want to be reimbursed but I cannot get in touch with anyone. I would give zero stars if possible.

Never received and getting no response from seller regarding refund.
I ordered this on September 25 and here it is, October 21 and I have yet to receive it. I contacted the seller a week ago and they have not responded. UPDATE: I emailed Jane to report the issue and Jane contacted the seller as well, with no response and ended up refunding me for the purchase. I still haven’t heard from the seller.
Sadly, my package was sent to Framingham, Massachusetts and NEVER made its way to New York. I contacted Johnny Threads numerous times and heard nothing back. The reglan shirt I ordered was supposed to be a gift. I will NEVER order from Johnny Threads again!

SCAM! This shop SUCKS!!! Three weeks since it supposedly shipped- still no shirt. Seller wouldn’t reply last week either. Save your money.

Shipping takes FOREVER. Hopefully ill get it saturday intime for my party. I ordered 16 days ago. Maybe im just spoiled by amazon and target but it says it SHOULD be here in 4 MORE days. I also have no idea how the product is. Just irritated with how slow it takes ti actually get it shipped.
I actually got mine, compared to other people. The screen printing is blurry and the colored part looks like it will peel right off
I have yet to receive my shirt I ordered and have not received a response back from the vendor in reference to it. It was shipped on September 29th and it is October 20 and still no product.
My son was excited for this shirt but I've yet to receive it. I ordered it September 13 so it's been over month.
Still have not received my sweatshirt and it was ordered in early September. Worst customer service ever.
Ordered in mid to late-mid September for Halloween and finally received 5 days before Halloween. That is the only negative. Very cute shirts. They seem like good quality. They were gifts so I expressed mailed them and they called me super excited about them. So the only negative is very slow on receiving.
