Order was placed over a month ago. It has shipped but no idea when it will arrive. Giving a one star because I tried to contact the seller and received no response.

Seller does not respond to email have been waiting close to a month to try figure out where my shirts are.

Item shipped over three weeks ago and still have not received. Tracking has not been updated. Have reached out to the seller with no response. Very disappointed.

I ordered these sweatshirts on 9/29! They were saying “in transit” on 10/7! Today is 10/21 and they are no where in site! Never delivered!

Never received the product. Ordered in September, had a pre-determined shipment date of Oct 9th, it’s now Oct 21st and it has yet to ship. When I checked the ‘tracking number’ it’s been sitting in Boston for almost a month. I had my credit card company dispute the charge and refund me, because it’s absolutely ridiculous! Jane was also LESS than helpful. Will not shop Jane again.

I never received my item and the seller will not respond to emails. Very disappointed.

I never received this product and had to contact Jane.com Customer Support over it. Shipping from this company is SUPER SLOW! When a package is lost, the company does not respond to any contact from customer or from Jane.com Customer Service.

I ordered two different shirts from this seller and both "shipped" and I still did not receive the item. I emailed the seller and did not get a response. It is no use using the tracking number because it does not show accurate records. At this point, I just want to be reimbursed but I cannot get in touch with anyone. I would give zero stars if possible.

Never received and getting no response from seller regarding refund.

I ordered this on September 25 and here it is, October 21 and I have yet to receive it. I contacted the seller a week ago and they have not responded. UPDATE: I emailed Jane to report the issue and Jane contacted the seller as well, with no response and ended up refunding me for the purchase. I still haven’t heard from the seller.

Sadly, my package was sent to Framingham, Massachusetts and NEVER made its way to New York. I contacted Johnny Threads numerous times and heard nothing back. The reglan shirt I ordered was supposed to be a gift. I will NEVER order from Johnny Threads again!

SCAM! This shop SUCKS!!! Three weeks since it supposedly shipped- still no shirt. Seller wouldn’t reply last week either. Save your money.
