It took a month to receive and the tracking was off but great shirts!
It has been over 30 days since I ordered my HALLOWEEN shirt! I have still not received. The company said they would send another out but never did. I doubt I will receive by Halloween, so there is no point. I just want a refund!

The shirt itself looks and feels great! However, I am not impressed with this company’s customer service. This was supposed to ship last month and I did not receive a reply when I emailed the company. The shirt finally arrived today and I have almost no time to wear it before the holiday. The customer service is disappointing.
Shipping was much later than the expected ship date and still have not received package
I ordered two shirts from this company on September 11th. My order says two packages shipped on September 22nd. I reached out to this company 2 times (once around October 12th and the second October 20th) and never got a response back. One shirt finally arrived yesterday, but the other one is still missing.
Edited: Once I finally received my order, the shirts were perfect! Very soft. I would recommend this product, however, not if you need it in a timely manner. Expect 2-3 weeks for shipping. Still haven't received our order. Tracking says it was shipped two weeks ago. Seller has not responded to email either.

Since the shirt was a gift and delivered to another area in the country, I can't speak to its quality, but there was no customer service from Johnny Threads. I emailed them twice, but they never replied. It took over a month from the time it was supposedly shipped to the shirt actually being delivered. I'm sure it was finally sent only because I contacted Jane.com to get involved, because it was delivered a few days after I heard back from Jane.com.
Have emailed this company 2 times with no response. My package shipped September 23 and had no shipping information. I have not received my package yet either. Will never order from this company again
I left a review a month ago saying I never got it, but I just received the package today. It took 2 months, but I didn’t receive my order. It’s super cute and I like it, it just took a while to ship.
11/1/21 I finally received my sweatshirt. It did take a very long time to arrive, but it's really soft (Bella canvas) and fit and color are perfect! I did have to involve Jane because it took awhile to get a response, but the seller was great once they did respond. Most likely overwhelmed by people wondering about their delayed orders. USPS has had several delays.
I ordered a fall sweatshirt for my toddler beginning of September. It shipped out the 30th of September. I never received my sweatshirt. Tried contacting this shop several times and they never returned an email. Too bad. I enjoy shopping on Jane and I hope this company is no longer allowed to scam customers.
I never received this item. This is the second time this seller has stolen money from me. I ordered from them this second time not realizing it was the same seller that screwed me over the first time. Be sure to double check to NEVER order from them. You won't get you items, but they will take your money. I'm shocked Jane allows this.
