Took a bit long to get in, but I love the sweater!
Ordered the Sanderson Sisters B&B shirt weeks ago and it was “shipped” with no other tracking information. I have sent two emails so far with no response. Super disappointed.
I have never received it and seller will not respond to my several emails. Very disappointed.
My order has shown that a shipping label was created October 1, but no movement has occurred. I have reached out to both the shop and Jane.com and gotten no response from either. I am a teacher in a self-contained behavioral unit. This was meant to be a reward to my student for good behavior. Students do not fully understand situations like this, it just is another way this kiddo will feel disappointed/let down by yet another adult. i am so upset. keeping my fingers crossed that someone will make it right, but the number of similar reviews is disheartening. please do better! you had a great design.
Seems like Jane owes a bunch of people refunds. No shirt received even though it says it shipped Oct. 1st. No updated progress since then. I see I’m not the only one. What a disappointment!
Never shipped. Never replied to emails. Filed claim.

I ordered my sweatshirt on 9/16/21, and I still have not received it. Tracking label says it was shipped to Massachusetts but I live in Arkansas. Seller will not respond to emails. Would not recommend.
This product never arrived. I tried to contact the seller, and they never responded to my emails. I finally contacted Jane.com to request a refund, and after reading the MANY reviews of customers with similar experiences, I suggested Jane no longer work with this retailer. This finally elicited a response from the seller that was highly unprofessional and rude. They also blamed usps, when their tracking number said the label had been printed, but never shipped! Only 6% of customers recommended them, so I would say my assessment of their customer service is accurate!
I have not received this item. Supposedly shipped Sept. 22nd. Still in transit. I emailed the seller and have not gotten a response. I would like a refund, please.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Tried contacting Johnny Threads twice now and received NO response. My shirt has been sitting in Massachusetts since Oct. 7th waiting to be accepted by the post office and shipped. I received my other shirt from a different company 4 days after purchasing with this same order.
Ordered last month and still have not received item.I have reached out to the seller twice with no response. I noticed there are a few recent reviews that are having the same issue with this seller not shipping their items or responding😔
