Still not even shipped. Poor customer service., no response. Just want my shirt now, or canceled.

Very slow shipping/ delivery. I have not received my order yet that I placed late September. 🙄 I still have not received the item. Do not purchase from this seller. I also have reached out twice with NO response.

Don't know if I could recommend because I still haven’t received the product. It says it shipped out on October 5 it has been showing no progress on tracking

Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered this shirt on September 3rd. I finally had to cancel the order and ask for a refund through Jane customer service because as of October 13th I still had not received the shirt and had zero response from the store as to what was going on with the item. I emailed the shop directly to ask about the item along with two others I had ordered from them and they did not respond to me. Jane customer service also reached out to them and received no response. While their items are cute I do not recommend purchasing from this shop. Very poor customer service and super super long delivery times. The estimated shipping time they give you is nowhere near accurate.

Wish I could give this more stars, but I can't because even though JANE thinks I should be able to review the item, it's impossible...it hasn't arrived yet! JANE should wait until delivery has been confirmed before asking it's clientele to offer feedback.

Ordered 2 of these. Still have not received. Emailed seller with no response. Tracking has not changed since “it shipped” oct 4. Now October 13. I see several other similar reviews-hope the seller fixes this issue.
