Ordered on 9/18 and received it on 10/9. Took a little while to receive but the quality is great and it is very soft.
***Update*** Shirt finally came over a month later. Seller finally answered after Jane got involved. Apparently a post office was holding it hostage due to lack of employees. The shirt is very soft and of good quality. ********Ordered two shirts in September. Still have not received them!!!! Contacted seller and have never heard back. This is unacceptable. Jane should not be selling products from suppliers who don’t even ship out orders! I’m very frustrated.
Just like so many others, I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Sent multiple emails to Johnny threads and Jane with little help. I will NEVER buy something from Johnny Threads again. Jane- please stop selling their goods and allowing them to rip off loyal customers

I purchased this over a month ago and still haven't received it. I’ve emailed Johnny Threads, Jane, the USPS and opened an inquiry into the package whereabouts and still haven’t received it or a refund. Johnny threads promised to send a new package (over a week ago) and still nothing. This seller does not care about its customers. Zero follow up. Take your money to a seller that cares.
Haven't received and NO response from seller!
Have yet to receive my order, says it has shipped but tracking hasn't been updated since September 23. No response from customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
Still haven't received the shirt yet. It shipped on Sept. 22 and it's oct. 11 now. I have tried to contact the seller 3 times and still haven't heard from them. Bad customer service.
I ordered one of these sweatshirts over a month ago and never received it. Tried to contact the business and they never responded. Had to get Jane customer service to help me twice to determine if I was getting the sweatshirt or not. Ended up issuing me a refund, but the process took over a week to finally get it done.

Ordered in September and it shows in transit since September. I have sent several inquiries and no response. No refund. They took my 💰 and never sent the product.
I can’t speak to the quality of the item as I never received it. Very poor customer service. Item was shipped in September and I have reached out twice to this place with absolutely no response back. I love Jane.com but they should end their association with this place.
