Never received my item!

Have not received my order yet. Ordered a shirt last month and on September 29 said it shipped. It has been sitting in Boston since then. Contacted the seller and got no response. Would not recommend.

Shows that it shipped weeks ago. Still haven't received. ** EDIT** I did receive a response back from the seller. Shipping took a long time, but I don't think it was the sellers fault. Just the way of the world, unfortunately. I finally received the shirt and I'm happy with the colors, design and quality. It turned out really cute!

I never received my order, when I try to track the order it says package acceptance pending and has said this since September 23rd. I’ve contacted the seller twice with no response, at this point I just want my money back.

The T-shirts look super cute in the picture however I never received them .. contacted the seller and he told me he would check the tracking and I never heard back from him .. contacted him two more times to see if I could reorder or get a refund and never heard back .. very sad and disappointed ..

Very disappointing. My sweatshirt appears to be lost in the mail. I have tried contacting the seller twice now and still have not received any response. I'm pretty frustrated as I should be given a refund or sent a new sweatshirt if only the seller would respond to me. Won't be buying from them again. Maybe Jane.com will do something about this. Unlikely I will purchase from the app again at all if no resolution.

My package shows that it shipped 3 weeks ago with no movement. I have contacted the seller twice concerning this and there has been no response. It has been beyond frustrating. I’d like to cancel my order and get my money back.

Ordered shirt in September. It’s been in shipping mode for over 2 weeks. No updates or responses from seller. Don’t waste your time with this seller. So disappointed.

Placed my order over a month ago it was supposed to ship 9/27 it’s now 10/9 and I haven’t received anything.

Ordered a month ago, but never got it. A label was created but it's been like that the whole time. Sent emails asking about it and never got responses. Looking at other reviews and have had similar situations. Edit: the company finally reached out to me and explained that the post office has been short staffed as well as a high volume of packages so close to the holiday season. While my order is there waiting to be processed, priority mail has been keeping my order from shipping. Who knows how it will be before I get my shirt. It's not the company's fault, it's the post office.

DONT BUY! Idk if scam? Ordered 3 shirts waiting for refund through Jane currently. Seller won't return emails and tracking for items doesn't work. Bought 3 items extremely disappointing to not receive- bought in September for Halloween/fall and items sat in same location but stated shipped but tracking invalid through usps including janes tracking app. Clearly there's a problem based off others recent reviews as well!!!!

The pumpkins were too high and it looks weird!!!

Ordered Sept. 21, still do not have item and no updates from seller. Very disappointed.
