Never received product and they won't return emails. Do not buy from them!

I ordered this shirt almost a month ago, and haven't received it yet. I reached out to the seller without a response. Very disappointed and out the $20.

I still haven't received my order. Ordered it in September. Sent them a email a my order. Still haven't heard from them. I would never order from here again. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would love to review it, if I had ever received it. It shows it never left USPS. I have tried reaching out to the seller a couple of times with no response. I have a son who has been checking the mail everyday hoping it has arrived.

Ordered in early September and haven’t received order. Emailed seller twice with no response. I would appreciate an update.

I ordered this shirt over a month before our Disney trip. We leave today and it’s not here. I have sent 2 messages and gotten no replies. I'l be sending it back when or if it ever does come.

The product is just as described and of good quality. However, I waited over a month to receive my order! It took the seller days to respond to my inquiry. She said she would check the status and get back with me. That was over a week ago. Luckily, all is well because the package arrived today. Unfortunately, there’s only a couple weeks left to be able to wear the Halloween shirt.

Ordered this almost 6 weeks ago. Package says it shipped a month ago. I have emailed seller twice with no response! At this rate, not sure my daughter will get the shirt to even wear it before Halloween which is a waste of $20.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order mid Sept and have not received it. The seller has not responded and the tracking number has not been updated. Do not order from this place. Horrible service.

Update: I received my shirts today, Oct. 10th, and changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I still never heard from the seller, so I emailed Jane's customer service. They contacted the seller for me, and I have no idea if that is what changed things. It could have been coincidence that the mail system just happened to catch up. I still wouldn't necessarily recommend this seller, but I am pleased to finally have my items. They are just as pictured, soft, and true to size. Thankfully there's still a good chunk of October left for me to wear my Halloween tees! I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 shirts on September 1st which never showed up. I waited a full month to email them, and that was a week ago. I haven't heard back and doubt that I will. So frustrating!

I cant tell what the shirt looks like as I have not received it and it “shipped” on the 21st of last month but it only says they are awaiting package. I have contacted seller 2x with no response I needed this shirt last week and yet to hear back from seller. Maybe will have a better review if I ever receive it Review after receiving product******** Shirt is cute. Fits well and true to size. Took forever to receive it and took me contacting Jane to get a reply from the seller. But the shirti ordered is exactly like the pic I gave it 3 stars for the shirt. Not sure if I will order from the seller again. I get shipping hold ups is not the sellers fault but having to contact Jane to get a response it what made it frustrating

Never received. Several other customers never received their orders as well.

Order never received. Contacted customer service and was told they would ship a new order but guess what? I never got that order either. Not right to rip so many people off. Several people have left the same review.

Placed my order in early September and received my order 11.01.2021.

Worst service ever. I ordered a shirt on September 8th. Said it shipped but now it’s lost? I emailed and they said they would send another one. No tracking info and never showed up. What I rip off.

Have not received the shirts. They were shipped like a month ago

I ordered on September 9th, and still have not received my item by October 7th. I have emailed the seller and gotten no reply. Contacting Jane for a refund.

I ordered this shirt and it says it shipped Sept 17th. However it never moved and I tried contacting the seller 3 times with no response. With the help of Jane customer support, I did hear back from the seller and they sent a replacement which finally arrived Oct 18th. I realize the shipping failure is more on USPS, but the lack of response from the seller was frustrating
