It's been a month and I still haven't received this item. Cannot get any response from customer service. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews also before I bought this shirt. I ordered the middle of September thinking I would beable to wear for Halloween. Says it shipped the end of September. It's October 10 and still no shirt. I tried to email seller and never responded back. I will never buy from him again. Very frustrating and upset. Contacted Jane support to see if I could get my money back… I just received this shirt after ordering it a month ago. Jane support was very helpful and contacted him for me several times. When he finally got back to me after several attempts he blamed it on the USPS saying they are short handed.

I still have not received. I have sent multiple emails with no response.

Really wish I would have read the reviews on this seller before I ordered! Ordered on 9/8..says it's shipped but I haven't received & tracking info hasn't moved. No response to emails. Grrrrrr.

The sweatshirt is nice but like many others, shipping was delayed and I had to get Jane customer service involved before I finally received the product. Not a good experience foer my first time using Jane. I ordered in August and received product in October.

Edit: I finally received my order on 10/12. I love the shirt, it just would've been nice to have it more timely! I might be able to change my review IF I ever get it. I ordered the shirt on 9/17 and still haven't received it.

This item never arrived

I ordered this shirt on 9/18/21, it shows as shipped on 9/27/21. I have not received my shirt, the shipping info has not changed and after 3 emails to seller, I still have not received a response.

Never received it. Supposedly shipped 9/23 but USPS states they never received it. Had to go through Jane customer support to get ahold of the seller. Supposedly I’m getting refunded but it hasn’t happened yet.

The t-shirt is very soft and the quality of the print is excellent. Highly recommended!

Never received my item!

Have not received my order yet. Ordered a shirt last month and on September 29 said it shipped. It has been sitting in Boston since then. Contacted the seller and got no response. Would not recommend.

Shows that it shipped weeks ago. Still haven't received. ** EDIT** I did receive a response back from the seller. Shipping took a long time, but I don't think it was the sellers fault. Just the way of the world, unfortunately. I finally received the shirt and I'm happy with the colors, design and quality. It turned out really cute!

I never received my order, when I try to track the order it says package acceptance pending and has said this since September 23rd. I’ve contacted the seller twice with no response, at this point I just want my money back.

This shirt is so much fun. Comfy and true to size. Shipped fast
