Never received items. Emailed seller multiple times without a response. I'd give it fewer stars if possible.
I bought 2 sweatshirts from this seller and they were both great. Although one of them the seams in the sleeve cuffs started coming out and needless to say they were not very professional when explaining my situation. I understand that things happen, this may have been the first time that they had a issue but I don't believe that's my fault. I loved the sweatshirts but not customer service.
Ordered over a month ago & still haven’t received. Emailed seller with no response back. Jane please remove this seller from site for the future since this is clearly a scam!!

Update* Received the shirts and they are awesome. Good quality. Seller is making good on my original request to swap shirt colors by sending me a new shirt in the other color. Communication improved. It's been almost a month and I have not received my shirts or any response from the seller. I've messaged them three times.
Ordered September 13 and still have not received the sweatshirt. (It's been over a month!) Tried emailing seller and have heard nothing. My first bad experience in almost two years of buying from here.
I placed my order on September 27, I still have not received my shirt and it is now October 22. I have tried emailing the company twice, I still have not received a reply.
I was very excited to have the mom Halloween sweatshirt for my kids' Halloween parties. Given the estimated ship date, it would have had over a week to get here. It was "shipped" on the day it said, but when I track it, it has not moved and says "Package Acceptance Pending". It has been 10 days of this status. I have tried contacting the seller twice, with no response. Jane customer service has also tried contacting the seller saying they have 2 days to respond. Nothing. At this point, I'm not going to have it for the parties I wanted it for.
Ordered a month ago, still have not received package.
I placed the order for this shirt on 9/28 and it has said it shipped and is in transit since 10/7.. but still nothing. I will be reaching out to Jane for a refund. Bummer!

I ordered this in back in September and I still have yet to receive it. Shipping says shipped on September 21
Took a long time to receive the shirt, but did finally get it. USPS even deemed it lost and then it magically appeared.
Terrible experience. I ordered on 9/24, my item supposedly shipped on 10/4, even though it never left the facility it was being shipped from. I emailed this seller three times trying to find out anything at all, and was never responded to even once. It has been a month since I've ordered and I have no product, no communication, and no refund. Terrible customer service. Will be filing a complaint with my bank on the charge.
Still waiting on shirt that I ordered weeks ago. Shows to have shipped 10 days ago yet no sign of it.
