DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! 4 weeks. No response from owner. Will be disputing this charge on my credit card. I understand being behind, but communication is key to keeping business!!

Like other reviews, I've been waiting almost 5 weeks for my package, and it hasn't left the USPS facility. I spoke with USPS and they claim they don't have the tracking number in their system at all. They never received my package to be shipped to me. I filed a claim with them after the rep. Told me this. I believe this company is scamming buyers on Jane. I've tried to contact Jane for a refund, but they are also not responding. I'm now going to dispute the charges through Paypal and my bank.

Shipping label was made on 9/23. Its now 10/7 and the product hasn't arrived, the seller won't respond to my emails and there's no information to track the package. This is unacceptable. Don’t purchase!!!! I want my money back!

Ordered shirt on 9/12 and item is still pending shipping. Sent an email to seller on 9/30 and no response.

No! This seller is a scammer my order hasn’t even been shipped yet and now I won’t have it for the date I need it.

I never received my shirt. The seller created a shipping label, and it was never accepted by USPS. I’ve asked for a refund or replacement, and nothing.

Seller never shipped. Claimed to have shipped replacement and didn’t ship either. Fighting to get a refund. Has emailed twice that a replacement was shipped yet no tracking was given and no package and going on 1 month since order! Scam!

I should have read listened to everyone. This seller is horrible at shipping. 2 weeks my order has been sitting with the same shipping status and no response to any emails Jane please do something about this vendor! They don't ship!!! 0 stars!!!!

Currently waiting on 4 shirts that had shipping labels printed weeks ago, but no movement. I have emailed seller with no response.

I ordered the vintage Halloween sweatshirt weeks ago for my son and it has yet to come. I also emailed Johnny Threads but haven’t received a response

My item has shown “shipped” since September 21. I emailed the seller October 2 requesting an update, as the tracking has not updated since day one. I have still not received any response from the seller. Very frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS ITEM AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH JANE.COM TO REPORT THE ISSUE AND AM HOPING TO HAVE THIS VENDOR BANNED FROM BEING ABLE TO SELL TO JANE.COM. THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.

The shirt is great. One start deducted for shipping, Shipping was less then stellar. It took a long time. The shipping label was created in Sept 16 and didn't arrive until Oct 4. I suspect, based on tracking the shipping label was created but not actually brought to the post office until 2 weeks later.

I was excited about this sweatshirt, but I placed my order a month ago and still haven’t received anything. The tracking info hasn’t changed since Sept. 16 and the seller hasn’t responded to an email.
