Hard to review a product I have not received in over a month. I’ve had personalized products come much quicker. Very disappointed.

Comfortable lightweight sweatshirt

Its been over 3 weeks since I ordered it. I requested a refund and the next day they said they mailed another one out. Still do not have the product or a tracking number. Needed it for a Halloween event last weekend so now its just a waste.

Ordered 9/2 and still waiting to receive my shirt. I Tried contacting the seller directly and received no response. Jane shouldn't keep this seller on their website. Looking at the other reviews, this is a regular occurrence.
