I still have not received this item. Shipped on September 22 and it is October 4.
Comfortable lightweight sweatshirt
Its been over 3 weeks since I ordered it. I requested a refund and the next day they said they mailed another one out. Still do not have the product or a tracking number. Needed it for a Halloween event last weekend so now its just a waste.
Ordered 9/2 and still waiting to receive my shirt. I Tried contacting the seller directly and received no response. Jane shouldn't keep this seller on their website. Looking at the other reviews, this is a regular occurrence.

Awful customer service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received shirt. Tracking info has been the same for two weeks. Not sure I’ll receive it. Seller won’t reply to emails. Jane should really consider not using this company anymore as I’m not the only person with this issue.
Would not recommend. Package has been waiting to be accepted at post office for over 2 weeks and seller will not respond to any emails
Like everyone else who's ordered a Halloween Graphic shirt from this seller, I have been charged and have not received product. Don't order from this seller.
Size on the baseball style t-shirts run a little large.
I recommend the product it took a month to receive the item. I reached out asking about it, got a reply they would look into it and never got back to me.
How can I leave a review for something I never received? Also customer service I don't think exists.. I do not recommend ordering from Jane.
