I’ve emailed the seller twice inquiring about my shirt with no contact back. Said it’s been waiting to ship since October 7th and still don’t have it!

I still haven’t received this. Tracking says the acceptance of my package is pending. And this was on 10/12. Not sure if the mail is just that far behind as I’ve seen several other reviews with the same issue.

Never received order. Seller did not reply to emails sent. I’m just trying to get my money back now.

Love the shirt!! Very well made! I'm 205 lbs and 5-4”. So a chunky gal. The XL fit perfectly!

Would give them 0 if I could. I have emailed and no response along with no product. Don’t waste your money. I can’t even get a refund.

I loved my shirt but the only problem was it took FOREVER to get here! I ordered in Sept and it barely got here oct 23rd! The seller never answered my email for help until I reached out to jane support. So cute shirt just takes forever and the seller is not very responsive

SCAM!!!!! Had to get Jane involved twice with no response from seller. Requesting refund now after a month without shipping. Disappointed.

This order was lost in transit. I have contacted the seller via e mail twice and have not received a return e mail. (Nor have I received a credit.)

I haven’t received my shirt. It said Expected ship date Oct 12… it didn’t have a label until October 14th. It’s now almost 2 weeks later and I still do not have my shirt. So yeah, this shirt gets 1 star.

The shipping has taken forever and tracking info hasn't updated since it first shipped. Very disappointed.

I ordered this sweatshirt over a month ago. I have yet not received it. I have reached out to the company multiple times and no one response. Poor customer service and now I am out money. 👎

I ordered my stuff back in the beginning of September and they are still yet to be delivered. For a month now they show they shipped but at the same spot now for over a month. I would understand the long ship time if it was out of the USA but it's not and this is really crazy. Will not be ordering through them again
