I have still not received my order. The tracking shows it has not loved. I have contacted the seller multiple times and no one has responded. These were gifts and for Halloween and I am very very disappointed.

Ordered this shirt a month ago, still have not recieved it and the seller hasn't responded to my email. Two co workers also ordered from this seller, they also have to received their shirts.

I ordered my pumpkin shirt on September 27th and still have not received my order. Says it is in Massachusetts!

Label was printed on Oct. 7 and I've never received the shirt. Contacted the seller and haven’t heard back yet.

Never received it. It’s been 10 days since it “shipped” and it has been saying package needing acceptance since then. I needed it for an event today and I guess I’ll have to figure something else out. Very disappointed.

It's been almost a month since I ordered this and it still hasn't arrived. Tried contacting the seller and got no response.

Shipping status says it shipped over 2 weeks ago but I haven't recieved it and the seller won't respond to emails. Not sure if lost in the mail or a scam

I placed an order at the first of Sept for shirts my myself and my son, along with other shirts. The order for my son and my shirts was never received, despite the tracking showing they were delivered Sept 18th. Numerous emails were sent requesting updates and one was received that said they had resent the order however it was never received. I then began asking for a refund as the event I needed the shirts for had passed and never received any response. Currently have no shirts and no refund. Very frustrating cause now the shirts aren'

No! No! No! Do not order from this company. I have reached out with no response. My order has been “shipped” but has not moved since Oct 7 for order place on Sept 26. Very frustrating. Great concept would have been a great shirt for October. October is now about over and no item. I will be reaching out to Jane for a refund since this company has not responded to me.

This is a scam. You order. They print a shipping label by the ship date listed, so it will notify you that it shipped, but the seller never actually takes the product to the post office. Mine has said the post office has been waiting to accept the package for 11 days now. Do NOT buy from this seller!! The seller has been contacted, both by me and the Jane team…still no response.

Took a month to receive. Ordered a medium & it fits like an XL, hoping it'll shrink in laundry. The maroon is more like a purple, I'm not a fan of the color. The sweater is super soft though & design is adorable.

Would give ZERO stars if I could!! Ordered 9/25…said they shipped 10/5…NO tracking info ever!! Have emailed the vender multiple times without any response!! Will be contacting PayPal to receive a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
