Never received package and seller won't get back to me . Very disappointed ☹️

I haven’t received my shirt. It said Expected ship date Oct 12… it didn’t have a label until October 14th. It’s now almost 2 weeks later and I still do not have my shirt. So yeah, this shirt gets 1 star.

The shipping has taken forever and tracking info hasn't updated since it first shipped. Very disappointed.

I ordered this sweatshirt over a month ago. I have yet not received it. I have reached out to the company multiple times and no one response. Poor customer service and now I am out money. 👎

I ordered my stuff back in the beginning of September and they are still yet to be delivered. For a month now they show they shipped but at the same spot now for over a month. I would understand the long ship time if it was out of the USA but it's not and this is really crazy. Will not be ordering through them again

Been waiting over 3 weeks and my tracking doesn’t even show that it’s left the shipping facility. Not to mention it took them a week just to drop it off. You order something almost a month in advance and it won’t even be here for Halloween. Unfortunately I can’t even review the fit and comfort, although I’m sure it’s the same as all other canvas sweatshirts.

Buyer beware! As several other reviews have stated-never received my item Ordered September 20, supposedly shipped (accepted) on September 27 No response from the seller until I got Jane customer service involved, twice! I got a generic response of it was shipped and usps just didn't know where it was, this happens all the time After the third time getting Jane involved, I did get a refund this past week through customer service

These were a great idea, and I was really excited about them. Unfortunately they came a month late, and two out of three were the wrong colors.

This shirt never arrived and the attempts to contact seller have been ignored.

Ordered September 30th, never delivered (today is now October 24th. Almost a month later. Contacted the seller for any information and to cancel as I am in the process of moving and no response.

It took a while to get to me, but the product is well made. Exactly what I ordered.

Never received my order and it has been over a month. Tried to email the company and they never responded. So sad and upset that I paid and never received the item!!

I’d love to leave an actual review of the product but it never came. It’s been in Massachusetts for 3 weeks according to the tracking. I sent multiple emails and never got a response from the seller. Bad business to leave emails unanswered and products never delivered.
