It's been a month and I still haven't received my item

Same as the others. No order. No response. Waste of money.

Same as the other orders! Never shipped it was a scam. Reached out to Jane support and got a refund.

Never received sweatshirt. No response from seller.

Ordered over a month ago. Two weeks after ordering it said it was shipped but no acceptance. That is what stills shows up in the tracking. Contacted the seller 3 times with no response.

Did not receive and seller will not answer my emails. I would not buy anything from them!

I ordered the Thackery Binx sweatshirt over a month ago so it would be here in time for Halloween. It still hasn’t shipped. Disappointed. Won’t be ordering from this business again.

If I could leave this zero stars I would. Ordered on September 30th & I still have not recieved my item. Contacted Jane to see about getting a refund since the seller doesn't reply. Should have read the reviews before I purchased. Buyer beware.

It has been five weeks and I haven’t received my item. Seeing as how this is a Halloween sweatshirt and Halloween is tomorrow and I still don’t have it, I’m very disappointed. I’ve tried to contact the seller several times with no response. It seems like it could be a problem with usps but I would expect a replacement or refund since I paid for an item and never received it. Very poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. This never came. I ordered it at the beginning of September and was excited to get it for Halloween. That didn't happen. Still waiting and when I emailed them about it, they never responded. So, I can't even cancel and get my money back. Do not order from them!

I have ordered two items from this company and never received either. This item was ordered on 10/14 and was never delivered. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend so it’s really frustrating. Have requested a refund…will update with their response.

Wouldn’t know if it’s good or not, halloween is tomorrow and still haven’t received package. Don’t buy from this seller!!!!
