I tried reaching out to seller but no response. I haven’t received this shirt and it was ordered very early October. So disappointed because this was for Halloween.
Never received item, emailed seller 3x, never got $ back
Never received my shirt. Seller did not respond to my emails.
Never have received the sweatshirt. Unfortunately going to have to get PayPal involved to receive a refund. Highly discourage buying from this seller.
Ordered October 5. No shirt!!!! This is crazy. I'm so upset.
Ordered on October 5…21 days and still not here. Tracking shows still at post office in vendors city I am assuming. I ordered another shirt on the same day, different vendor and I received it last week. I was hoping to have it by Halloween…still 5 days away. I would love to review the shirt but don’ have it yet!!!
I’d like to give zero stars because it was never delivered and the seller never responded when I reached out about it.

Never got my order, ordered it over a month ago. Emailed them and never got a response back.
Haven't received the shirts I purchased after a month of waiting .. and now after reading all of these reviews, I doubt I will. Going to contact Klarna and see if I can get a refund. This sucks because I really wanted the shirts. Ordered some for myself and my daughter to wear BEFORE Halloween...

Same as the other orders! Never shipped it was a scam. Reached out to Jane support and got a refund.

Never received my shirt. I did end up getting a refund thanks to Jane.com’s customer service and Routes shipping protection. Without that, not sure I would have received a refund.
ETA- I finally received my shirts, too late for the reason I ordered them. But, they are good quality and the designs are super fun. I did also receive a reply to my email after leaving the first review. Like others, never received. No response to emails. Will be working to get a refund.
I placed my order on Sept 24, 2021 and I haven’t received my order. I tried emailing the seller and have not heard anything. I don’t recommend doing any business with this seller. Horrible customer service. I hope Jane.com helps
I PAID for this shirt and it said it shipped out on Oct 4th. I still have not received the shirt and I tried contacting the seller twice by email and got no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! I have never had an issue like this when buying on Jane.
